Poor management. The manager would not enter our coupon code in while we were in store so we just left our merchandise and ordered online for pickup then we go to pick it up today they were closed due to an “emergency” period the note. But during the holiday season I figure you’ll would have enough staff to not close. I will not be returning to this store I will now go to the mall

Do not go to this Bath & Body Works go to the mall! I don't know who it was but this blonde lady who worked there yelled at me! I'm recording her, because this wasn't the first time she's done something. I couldn't afford what I actually wanted. So I had to leave it behind. I'm on disability, I was only going in there for three things. 3 things, I didn't want a bunch of lotion I still have lotion from the last time I was at Bath & Body Works.

Kaylon is very helpful. She greeted me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for when another employee told me they stopped selling it. If you ever need any help go to this location, and ask for her.She also took time out her day to help me login to the bath and body works app. The most sweetest soul ever.
