Took my 2019 F150 Limited in for The Works oil change and tire rotation. Waited about 90 mins for the job. I reviewed the summary with the service advisor about my battery which was marked yellow on Recharge. They said it checked fine. Sunday mid-morning, it was dead. Then it was dead on Saturday and again yesterday. Also discovered my oil cap was left off when my check engine light came on. Found it luckily laying on the top radiator support and had to clear the code myself. Poor job!
Follow-up, Bondy's did contact me 3 days after leaving the review and offered to make things right and said they should have caught the battery issue and offered to detail the vehicle. I had already replaced the battery but I do appreciate the fact they tried to make it right. For that, I will adjust my review from 1 star to 3

Douglas was friendly and didn't try selling me anything that I didn't need. I came in for an oil change and that's what I got. And my car was ready when he said it was going to be. I also appreciated the email reminders.
