After receiving an advertisement in the mail for a holiday discount, I called to schedule an oil change, and spoke with a very friendly service associate by the name of Dominique. She was very friendly and very helpful when I called. Even though I called at around 2:30 in the afternoon, she was able to get me in for an appointment for an oil change by 3:15 the same day. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was greeted by a few friendly faces who were eager to help me. After informing them that I had just scheduled an appointment for an oil change, and that I would like to add a tire balance and alignment, they told me they would happily get that taken care of. I waited in the nice waiting room for around an hour and a half For all of my services to be complete. Upon completion, I was shown an exact description of everything that was going on with my car, including things that I hadn't even asked about. They were very thorough and very descriptive with what was going on, and helped me understand what needed to be done. The oil change was successful, and my tires were rotated, balanced, and aligned. I would definitely use Bondy's Nissan again, I had an amazing experience!

Bondys Nissan consistently provides amazing service. I had an appt scheduled today, but was about 45 min behind schedule. I called to see if they could still see me. They honored my appt, and got me in/out super quick! My technician also took the initiative to see if I had any applicable coupons and applied them before I even asked about it. They also had my rewards balance queued up and ready to apply upon checkout. They saved me time AND money today. Much appreciated!!!

Always a pleasure dealing with Bondy’s service department. To me it’s what separates this dealership from the rest in the area. Services are timely and quick, furthermore recommendations are explained rather than pushed. The whole staff are personable. ?

I don't think I'd recommend no one to Bondy's Nissan in Dothan, Alabama Everyone there, accept our final salesman act as of they were loss. No one knew nothing. We spoke to several different people in sales. They were all confused. They don't try to work out the best deals for you. They kinda just throw things together. Not a good look for this company....
