“This is the most prompt shipping experience I have ever had with clothing. I never fail to get my choir dresses and tuxes less than a week after the order is placed. For that, they get 5 stars alone. The customer service is also top notch, every person I've ever talked to has either been the most helpful human ever, or has found me the most helpful human ever. The ONLY thing that I've had to learn to navigate are the sizing charts. For my dresses specifically, I've learned to size down at LEAST 2-3 sizes because they run so large. Now that I've figured that little thing out, we're golden. I'll use them as long as they are around!”
