I've been here a few times, and the ice cream is great, and so are the flavors. But I asked to sample one and was told NO I was only allowed to sample certain ones. But I only asked to sample one! Not two, not three! Only one and I was told NO. I know they won't miss me, but I will not be back to this location. Because the person was rude and not even a valid response.

Very nice service, they were fast, kind, and helpful. Nice options if ice cream and toppings. We will be back.

Omg this is my first time having their ice cream and omg this is so good so I got the original cookie dough ice cream and I put Oreos,m&m's and reccess cups and some sprinkles in and omg its so good and im so advising you to come to this place and get some cuz it's so good and their service is really nice and the place is clean and pretty so ya and they give you a good portion size of it and just ya im for sure coming back to get more in the future :)

We drove to Dothan and came here as a treat. We have never been before so weren't familiar. I realize no one gets paid enough and it's not easy dealing with the public. But it's also discouraging to go somewhere special just to be met with a bored, unhelpful employee. The icecream was fine, but the experience didn't justify the cost.

Walked in, told the guys I wanted two scoops with caramel and BOOM. Two scoops of ice cream of my choice with caramel topping. Quick, fast, polite, and yummy. Thanks.

Got there about 20 minutes before close, which I hate doing anywhere. I asked Jillian if there was anything I could avoid ordering that would delay her closing procedures, she assured me I could order whatever I wanted. Very sweet young lady and the Strawberry Blonde was spectacular!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have always loved coming to Cold Stone over the years to get quality ice cream and great service but I guess it's true what they say sometimes it's not the atmosphere it's the people. This employee/manager was downright rude and nasty. I wanted a specialty ice cream and normally when you are creating a custom ice cream you get asked what base ice cream or mix ins you would like. Lord forbid you ask to switch flavors because that just simply cannot be done. Next I get charged extra for an tiny squirt of caramel after I have already paid. Had a new employee ring it up while still mixing my order and had to stop to coach the new employee on how to ring up and extra charge. All while her line is building up because she had all employees on my one order including herself. I guess mixing three pints of ice cream is too much work for one person. Mind you we were in no rush and patiently waiting. I am active duty military and the first thing they teach you is utilize your personnel and time wisely. I am hoping that marble slab lives up to the value of treating all their customers with respect because I doubt I will ever be visiting/spending my hard earned money here again.

Only one person working the floor on a saturday, seriously? It was really sad to me that the older woman refused to let my daughter sample a flavor & also refused to give her two flavors in one dish unless we bought a medium which would have been way too much ice cream for a little girl. Never have I been to a cold stone that made things THIS difficult to order ice cream. They also charge $1.50 extra for certain ice cream flavors, so thats ridiculous. Customer service zero stars.

The old lady that works in here is very rude!! The only thing that was good was the building is clean and the bathroom is clean.Ice cream is way to sugary and sweet.She charged me $5.98 just for a small bowl with no toppings or extras. That's way too expensive. Won't be back

Came in on Father’s Day. The older lady working must have been having a bad day. She want patient. She rolled her eyes everyone that walked in. We heard her say she was tired and ready to go home more than once. She was rude to us and everyone that walked in.
