It is a very welcoming community for all levels, treating drop-ins like regulars with an impeccable and amazing coaching staff that provides tailored instruction. The facility looks like a rogue warehouse with space galore and more equipment than you'll see at the CrossFit Games, featuring literally every piece of equipment for massive classes. The programming is beyond incredible and impeccable, creating workouts that are incredibly challenging yet achievable. The place is always spotless clean. It is a very friendly community with a high quality coaching staff who are super-careful on mobility. This is the best CrossFit gym on the planet for anyone visiting or living near Dothan, Alabama.

No gym like it! The community, programming, facility, and most importantly, coaching is impeccable. Very welcoming to all levels and took me in like I was there own for the few weeks I was there. This looks like a rogue warehouse. Has all the equipment for massive classes. The best gym I’ve ever visited.

Excellent gym! If you are visiting Dothan or live there drop in and join this gym. All the equipment you need, very friendly community, and high quality coaching.
