No gym like it! The community, programming, facility, and most importantly, coaching is impeccable. Very welcoming to all levels and took me in like I was there own for the few weeks I was there. This looks like a rogue warehouse. Has all the equipment for massive classes. The best gym I’ve ever visited.

This is the best CrossFit gym on the planet! If you're a crossfitter and within 100 miles of Dothan, Alabama then do yourself a favor and drop-in. They have space galore, more equipment than you'll see at the CrossFit Games (literally), and the programming is beyond incredible. And the place is always spotless clean.
I've dropped in about a dozen times now, and I've never had a workout I didn't declare to be among the best I've had in my 12 years doing CrossFit. I think it's because they have literally every piece of equipment you can think of, and an owner/programmer who can layer-in all sorts of things to create a workout that's incredibly challenging yet achievable. The coaching at Crossfit Embrace is just amazing. They treat you like a regular and provide very tailored instruction. And they are super-careful on mobility, which for me (53 years old) is an added plus. If I worked near Dothan I'd be living at this place. I always plan my trips near Dothan so I can drop-in for a workout. This is a special, one-of-a-kind CrossFit experience. I recommend CrossFit Embrace to anyone!!!!
