The team members were helpful & friendly. I gave a 3 because they have misleading signage throughout the store. There are huge BOGO signs but only one side has the details & if you’re not on the right side of the aisle, you don’t know what you’re looking at is not included. Management didn’t seem to care either.

There is not a large selection of fishing gear, you’re better off going to Walmart or Academy.

Tried to check inventory on a $75.00 compression shirt for my son before driving 1 1/2 hours to maybe come up empty handed. The guy on the phone was no help at all. I was trying to buy it if there was the right size. I was unable to ascertain the info. No Sale. This was the Dothan, Alabama store. I have spent a lot of money at Dick’s over the years between Panama City Beach and Dothan between Football, Baseball, Softball, Camping and Fishing. I guess Academy and the independents will get our business from now on.

My husband and I just moved out in the area a year ago and this particular store was extremely helpful and polite. Everyone wanted to help, the store was organized, clean, and the whole team was professional.Thank you all for making our experience a good one.

purchased a treadmill from Dicks which by the way was a $1000 cheaper than anyone. purchased online was notified right a way that it was ready for pick up and they loaded it in my Pathfinder. I asked who do I call if it's damaged from shipping manager said to call him and they'll make it right. fortunately it was perfect and not that difficult to put together great price great customer service

The employee was very helpful and took out time to explain exactly which glove my grandson needed. He showed us the difference in the # on them and helped him try them on.
