Just a bad attitude in every transaction I've had with them. I don't understand where the attitude comes from. Local pharmacies are usually very oriented toward customer service. Could just be a bad day the three times I've dealt with the woman there.

RUDE PHARMACIST!!! I called for clarification of the instructions on the front of the prescription bottle. It didn’t make sense that the compound mouthwash didn’t say anything about rinsing and spitting the mouthwash out. When questioned the pharmacist’s response was, “Have you never had a prescription before?” Her clarification was, “Just take 5 ml and swallow it or call your doctor.” She mixed the compound but didn’t have any idea of the instructions even though she typed the label? Wow, I’ll stay away.

I called in for the first time. The call was answered and I was out on hold before I could say anything. Was on hold for 15 minutes and finally hung up. I uploaded the photo of my call time. Will go elsewhere.
Updating after the owner replied. Increased the star rating. Thanks for the explanation. May give yall another shot. Just a suggestion. Allow callers to leave a voicemail with a promise to get back within 24hrs rather that than long hold times. Thanks for listening.

I have been with Doctors center Pharmacy for about 2 years and it has been nothing but trouble. Every time I send in or try to pick up my prescriptions it's been a headache. You always have to get the prescription sent in twice because they say that they never received it. The staff is rude and they could absolutely care less how long you wait in line or on hold on the phone. I switched pharmacies yesterday and I will not be back.

Do not use this pharmacy!!! I ordered a compound medicine from them that must stay frozen. I asked them when I ordered if it would arrive frozen, and they assured me that it would. They did not tell me a specific time it would arrive, nor provide me with a tracking number. The package was delivered at 12:00, and when I arrived home at 5:00, the vial of medicine was not frozen, but warm. It can’t be used safely at that state. I called the next day, as they were closed after I received the package, and they refused to refund my money, or replace the medicine. They blamed it on fed ex and me. Unbelievable!! Ii of course disputed it with my credit card, which will refund my money, but this speaks loudly, and clearly, that there business practices are very poor and they don’t care about their customers, or their health!

The pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful. They answer all questions you might have and spend as much time needed with helping you. Very clean and pleasant place. Will definitely do more business here with these guys and gals. :)

Great local pharmacy with friendly employees! After hearing about them through people I know that have used them for years I made the decision to move my prescriptions from a chain pharmacy to here. Prescriptions are always quick to be filled and they truly care about providing a great experience!

This pharmacy is my go to for my pet which requires a compounded formula. The folks there are caring and focused on quickly and efficiently filling all of our families pharmacy needs.
