Staff are nice and really try to keep up with their jobs, especially when their ac is broke. Hope they fix it soon. The stores had very competitive prices on cleaning supplies and products. Customer was thankful they had everything we was looking for and even items we was not looking for. Prices was so good we couldn’t pass up. One stores lack customer service, with freight carts on the floor waiting to be stocked and unorganized shelves empty. Associates are not friendly, but they do offer $5.00 off a purchase of $25.00 on Saturday with the app.
Poor communication...I placed a pickup order that was never started, nor was I informed about any issues. I had another issue, but there is no way to call the store.
