Last December (2021), I transferred my parent's phone service because I could get much better rates with another company. CenturyLink kept billing my parents. I called in March to correct the issue. They said that they would and send a credit for the balance. It's now June 2022 and my parents continue to get bills. I called again. As soon as "the representative" checked the account, I got "disconnected". 15 minutes of my life that I will never get back. Another 15 minutes later I got another rep. He said that it's now taken care of. We'll see ...

Negative 6 Star Rating!!! CenturyLink Has robbed me of Internet speed for years. They have refused to upgrade their service hub within my area because they're too cheap to do so, so the speed goes to a sluggish crawl to being completely unable to use due to no service. I have been with this company for years, around eight. I paid for internet speeds even though I was not getting the full Internet speed that I was promised. I have been raked across the coals of their horrible internet service and customer service experience for No reason except CenturyLink does not care, it is not loyal to their customers, which I have been loyal to them without the fore knowledge Of what the problem was all along for years- CenturyLink. There is nothing that CenturyLink can do to repair a customer relationship that has been disregarded and treated as worthless. When CenturyLink's promises are not kept, services are not provided as presented and Lies are told over and over again about the reason why- it's time for me leave... My time is valuable, the days, months and years of my life dealing with these issues CenturyLink can not repay me for, ever! I hope Elon Musk puts CenturyLink out of business. Good riddance! If you are thinking about signing up with CenturyLink, you may want to find a different internet provider.
