I purchased car from this dealership which went well. I’ve use this dealership to service several of my vehicles. Lately I’ve been having an issue with my most recent purchase on an exhaust valve that rattles as I accelerate. I’ve taken the vehicle back several times to get issue resolve but the tech always state there is no noise. In fact, it rattled worse leaving after I took it to the last service appointment on Nov 5, 2025. I’ve never had issues with service department in the past but lately my experience had been disappointing. If the tech is unsure what’s wrong or not capable of resolving the issue just be honest with me about that instead of saying there is no noise and nothing is wrong. I hate to leave this review but I’m out of options at this service department.

This is by far one of the most honest and kindest car dealer ships that I have come in contact with over the years. People are hesitant when it comes to buying a vehicle from dealerships due to feelings of being scammed or taken advantage of. At dothan Chrysler, dodge, jeep, ram, we met Will (our salesman) who made a typically dreadful experience which turned into laughter and friendship during our purchase of our 2026 Ram (of course it has the Hemi). We thoroughly appreciate Will and Sam on our car buying experience. Every person we talked to was great! Y’all go see WILL for all your car buying needs!

I had such a great experience with Yanna! She made my first big purchase so smooth and stress free, walking me through every step and making sure I understood everything before signing. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and genuine care she showed me. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she celebrated this milestone with me like it was her own. I’m so thankful I chose to work with her, and I absolutely love my new 2024 Volkswagen Taos!

They where great i made a appointment came up there paid to get it checked told me they was gonna call me when the part was gonna come In after a 2 or three weeks i called back weeks later they didn’t have no recollection of me even being up there even though i had the paperwork of my car issues and was just waiting for the part to come i wasted time i and money i could have used on going to another dealership to replace my faulty part

We bought my daughter a car to go off to college in from CDJR. Iyana, our sales girl, was hands down THE BEST sales person that I have EVER had the pleasure of doing business with. Car buying, to me, is synonymous with a root canal, but today it was fun! She loved on my little girls all while getting us the best deal that she could advocate for. We weren’t too thrilled with the car that we actually went to look at, so my girl went to a completely different dealership to get something that she thought we would love and we did! If you need a vehicle, do yourself a favor and call CDJR and ask for Iyana! I PROMISE that you will have the BEST experience!!

Jeremy Holland was a phenominal sales rep. He took his time, listened to what I needed and wanted, was transparent, friendly and wasn't too pushy to try and make the sale. I appreaciate his honesty, patience and help with everything. He was able to get us exactly what we wanted at acheeper rate than the other dealer we were working with.

My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a vehicle from a different dealership when I was contacted by Jeremy. I let him know about the vehicle I was about to buy and he was very respectful and told me that if I changed my mind to contact him. A few mins later he reached back out and told me he could help me get something similar for a lot cheaper. Long story short, HE DID. There was no haggling, he was very transparent and I got what I wanted at a better price, better interest rate, and with a local credit union that I trust. They also offered me more for my trade in.There was no pressure and I felt very comfortable dealing with the team at Dothan Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I have bought ALOT of vehicles and I have never had such a smooth process. I highly recommend!

The sales team were so amazing and worked so hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted! The team there works so hard for you and are upfront and honest!
