We bought a 2020 Kia Soul from Dothan Kia in 2022. Never had any issues with it. After having over 100k miles on it, we needed the transmission serviced and a couple of other things. Called on a Monday, got it inspected, parts needed were ordered and two days later it’s in the shop. Same day repair and gave us a nice courtesy discount also. Very satisfied with sales and service.

Have purchased several vehicles from Dothan Kia and the sales rep Tammy has always been very helpful. She helped us get a new vehicle for my wife during COVID. I just purchased a new 2026 Kia Sportage Hybird and again she went the extra mile to help us. The same goes for their maintenance staff. Got me in and out fast at the service shop. Very nice waiting room.
