I can’t say enough good things about Dream Puppys. After loosing my sweet dog a few months ago I finally decided to get a new puppy. I went several times to the store holding and looking for the perfect new addition to our family. I was never rushed to pick and was told many times that I’d know when I found the right one. Everyone was so patient and helped me look to find the perfect girl for my family. She spent so much time looking and sending pictures and videos helping to make the wait easier. I was able to pick up my sweet cavapoo this week and she is absolutely everything I was looking for. Thank you so much Dream Puppys. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars.

I will just say this I tried to deal with this lady open and honestly and she is in a world of her own I don't lie nor do I lie about my puppies if you do business with these people do it at your own risk I found out the hard way just saying God don't like ugly you reap what you sow. Don't leave a bad review for this business they will try to txt you and call you oh my what happened to free speech again decide for your self but be forewored

So A Day Ago , I Visited This Place To Obviously Get Me A Puppy. I Was Told By Some Guy Who Worked There To Go Online To Their WebSite And "Fill Out" And Application To Get A Puppy That I’d Have To Submit And Approve. He Also Mind You Now Said That Most Times That Application Doesn’t Work Well With Their Store. They Worked With Some Company That Wasnt Too Successful With That Application. Well I Guess It Was True. I’d Fill Out The Application (2 Times) And Kept Getting Denied. I Politely Called The Store To Tell Them It Wasnt Working. So Same Guy Asked For My Number And Name. I Was Told He’d Call Me Back. Never Got A Call Back. So With That Being Said I Took It Into Consideration That It Was Almost Closing Time So I Didn’t Mind. The Next Day (Today3-8-24) I Called To Check In On The Dog I Wanted Only To Be Told He Was Sold. Yes I Was UpSet I Told Her That I Left A Name And Number They Couldn’t Seem To Find And Asked Me Was It A Schnauzer. I Said No A Tan Toy Poodle(I Held Him And I Was In Love Determined To Get This Pup) Only To Be Told Be Was Sold. She Also Said I Could Have Purchased Him Up Front. Which Is What I Wanted To Do. I Told Her A Guy Who Worked There Said I Had To Fill Out An Application. I Didn’t Get An Option To Go Ahead And Purchase I Told Her I Was UpSet About That. She Offered They’d Get More Poodles. I Said Ok That’s Fine. She Even Said She’d Call Me Back BeCause She Was Tending To A Customer. I Said That’s Fine. Never Got A Called Back And Got Blocked On Their FaceBook Page For Leaving A Review About Their Service To Me. I Look At These People As Mean , Hateful , And Cruel. Simply Not Wanting To Let Me Buy The Pup. They May Try To Take This One Down Cause They Know They’ve Done A Customer Wrong.

If it's raining they don't want to come to work. Maybe they melt in rain. The website says they are open and the sign on the door says Mon-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, I hung around in the parking lot for over 45min and no one is here. I'm glad I didn't have an appointment to get a pet groomed.

DO NOT , I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY OR BABIES HERE TO GET GROOMED....I'm Devastated took my babies here to get groomed. I was by myself so the worker took one of my babies to the car and I carried my other baby, when I picked them up. I immediately noticed something was wrong she normally jumps in the back seat. I parked my car and took her back in to ask questions. Of course no one knows anything they all told a different stories. This worker put my baby in the car knowing she couldn't walk and no one said anything ?The workers said, she was fine we didn't noticed anything. Mind you the owner TABITHA was there and never came out and showed her face, STRANGE. Not only that not one time did she pick up the phone to call and check on the situation. I had to reach out to her for answers "SAD". Of course she don't know what could have happened but she says she was in the same room where they were at ?We are going on day 4 she still is unable to use her back legs. We are scheduled to go to Auburn on Tuesday to talk to surgeon, procedure will be $5,000 plus dollars. The procedure will be done I don't care how much it cost me this is my baby.There is no telling what they did to my baby ? I have the sweetest babies ever, hurts me even more not knowing how they hurt her and the pain she adored when the accident took place.I dropped my babies off to groomed they were fine, picked them up one can't walk, Just dont sit well with me......If you Love & Care about your baby or babies please take them elsewhere.UPDATE: MY BABY UNDER GOES BACK SURGERY IN THE MORNING $7,000 ?

I was blessed with the best Christmas gift ever. My Miniature Aussie Doodle . Dream Puppies has been nothing but AMAZING I love the people and the Customer Service is nothing less than 100. I used Dream Puppies today for the first time for grooming my Yorkie, June. Hands down the best grooming experience ever. She is 7 months old and we have had two terrible experiences. The last ended with a completely shaved dog. When I picked her up she was beautiful! The ladies did exactly what we asked… face, feet and fanny. Her nails were trimmed perfectly. She smelled so good! They even put a bow in her hair. She was so happy on the way home. We will never see anyone else for grooming!

I bought my fur baby from Tabitha and she has groomed Teddy for 5 years, Staff is always very nice! She has the most beautiful puppies in her store.Looking forward to buying another puppy from her soon!❤️

A highly unpleasant ordeal: Dream Puppy's is a place my dog will never return to! While on a family vacation, shortly before I was scheduled to pick up my dog, I received a call stating that they couldn't find her. Evidently, during an outdoor activity with the dogs, they managed to escape. My dog ended up in the care of a stranger. Fortunately, I was able to locate my dog by reaching out to different people in the area. I strongly advise against using their services.

I had driven by Dream Puppys many times but would never have considered purchasing a puppy from a store. . After much searching for a small dog, I contacted Tabitha and told her what I was looking for. She contacted me a week later and the rest is history! I purchased an adorable Teddy Bear female there. She is so smart. The store was clean and the puppies were well taken care of. I take my dog back for grooming there too. The management is caring and takes time to answer my questions. So thankful to have found my precious puppy here! Thanks Dream Puppys !

Dream Puppys is the best place to go to if you are looking for a puppy. I got my puppy from there 3 years ago and she still goes there for all of her grooming and boarding needs.. I highly recommend Dream Puppys they are very professional and friendly!!!

I have used Dream Puppy’s for years, starting from the Hartford days. Our dogs, and there have been many, have all been treated like the queens they are. But the best part is the people. After losing my mom’s dog unexpectedly, Tabitha went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dog, had her shipped, and helped me surprise her with it. I can never thank her enough. We all love Dream Puppys.

Would highly recommended. Our happy, healthy mini Goldendoodle came from here, and he’s been great. They do a great job keeping him groomed and have very reasonable boarding rates.
