We can call the people at Drew Phillips ins and they always return phone calls. If it's not the same day it's the first thing the next morning. When they see something that should be updated or confirmed they will call or email or text immediately to make sure that we have the best of service and the best of Care. Our roof been leaking since HURRICANE MICHAEL and no help with our roof mold mildew making us sick everytime there is wind shingles blowing off roof they sent a insurance adjuster come BLUE TARPS STILL ON ARE HOME WE HAD A DIFFERENT adjuster come said the one Allstate sent must be blind he touched a couple of shingles and they crumpled very brittle it's a 1901 Farmhouse help us we are disabled and elderly I got bad health problems so DEPRESSED sit and cry we pay insurance to get our home fixed tired of living like a animal in my home.
