Manager was rude and unfriendly. Did not mention that I had to make a $300 deposit until I was about to get in the rental car. No excuse for that. Should hav e been when I signed the rental agreement! I will go somewhere else!

Absolutely got great service from Tyler and Shevren. I used this company a lot as an insurance adjuster, and just recently needed a rental while one our vehicles was in the shop. We got a nice light truck in great condition, and all the paperwork went very smoothly. Very friendly, too.

The vehicles are clean and seem to be well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. However, it takes hours to pick up a rental. I haven’t had waited up to 2 hours waiting to pick up my rental due to lack of availability. It seems to be a continuous problem which needs to be addressed.

Had 2 rentals fall through due to reasons outside of their control so the located and retrieved a vehicle all the way in Troy and was able to get me and the family back on track for our vacation. Nice people to deal with and professional

I had a good experience renting here. I reserved a car a week ahead. It was there when I arrived. I was on the way in a reasonable time. The rates were competitive.

I rented on Monday after a holiday when there was a lot of “turn in”. Staff was wonderful to customers as well as each other. Even though my wait time was long because they were cleaning cars to be rented back out, the staff kept me informed and I never felt forgotten.
