The check in time exists so that someone can walk in and walk out in a reasonable time. I got there 15 minutes early & still didn’t leave until 12:35pm.I would ask questions about this new $300 deposit policy and just get told… it’s our policy…Then I’m told that I can’t use my company credit card.Then I offered my insurance and I’m told that it didn’t cover rentals despite me showing them that it did.I spent $1000 when online it stated that I would spend $679. I think I’ll just rent from Turo and call it a day.

I was very pleased with fast service, great professional team . The customer service was superb! My car was already ready for me once I arrived. The gentleman Chevy was phenomenal. I appreciate the great service.

Couldn't be happier with the service here. Our vehicle broke down while out of town and they were able to get us in something to fit our family of 6 so that we could get back home to Tennessee safely. Highly recommend this location and the enployees Alex and Chevy for their wonderful customer service!

I rented a car from there on November 14,2023..It started to rain a little bit while we were outside to go over the vehicle to see what marks were on the car..And of course I'm disabled and Alex Carranza told me that I could go back inside and he would go over the car and make notes about the car..I told him that it's not raining to hard that I would look over the car with him..He was very polite and trying to look out for my best interest..He greeted with a pleasant tone smile and asked me what type of car was I looking to rent and for how long..He was fairly new to Enterprise Rent A Car..But of course I had lots of questions and he answered each and everyone very patiently..We need more people like him in this world..Thank you Alex for an outstanding job..This was at Enterprise Rent A Car in Dothan,Al on Montgomery HWY..

Horrible customer service. Reserved a car 2 days in advance and told them what time I would be there but they didn’t have one ready. Got a car with overinflated tires and one of the tires blew up. Nobody there would answer the phone so my husband had to take unpaid time off work and drive an hour each way to come rescue me. They made comments to me that I should have had to pay for their busted tire and for the gas not being full and when this happened. Got another car and it has stained cloth seats that are disgusting to sit on or put my personal belongings on. Back windshield wiper is missing from the car. Pointed this out and they said they knew it. I can’t see to back up in the mornings because the wiper is missing. They never answer their phone. Customer service will comment under this to contact them but I did before and they did NOTHING. Those comments are just to try to make them look better.

Terrible customer service. I reserved a car on October 28 to be picked up on October 31 at 10am. I received a call on October 31 at 9:30am stating they did not have a vehicle ready for me and they were trying to see which one they could put me in. After that initial phone call, I never received a call back. I called once an hour to check on my reservation and the phones were never answered. I went in person around 3pm to check on my reservation and I was placed in a vehicle at 4pm. I don’t believe I would have been given a vehicle that day, had I not gone in person to check on reservation
