They didn't deliver my package. Driver didn't think it was subdivision. He return it to depot. Had to go get it myself or waste another day at home or redelivery attempt. Went it got it myself. Crazy because they delivered my TV with no issues just a week or so ago.

Lost 1300$ of tires. Then gave me a week run around asking questions like what color are they....um black, they are tires!. Finally had to contact the seller to get them to "hold" the packages at a store over 1 hour away. Terrible service

Helpful staff. Address change in my park, and they didn't to hesitate to get my package off the delivery truck because the new address can't be verified.

I have not had problems with FedEx delivering my Chewy boxes until today. My box lookslike it has been in an accident and was beat up, opened and resealed. The inside contents were all there but two of my boxes of 24 count filets were crushed as well. Half of the packing materials usually in my boxes was missing and the packing paper and my packing slip had grease on it. There was also grease under the tape used to attempt to reseal it.It is a shame that to the driver concealed the damage to the box from my husband by handing him the better looking side of the box. It weighed 70 lbs so my husband did not see the damage until we had it in the house. The driver did not say one word to my husband about the damage either, no apology or anything. This was not our normal driver because he NEVER would have done this and he would have apologized and explained what happened. I was lucky that the dog food trays had not been damage even though the inner boxes were crushed as well. I have filed a complaint through Chewy. Pictures below.

Package delivered to wrong address! After reading the reviews, seems to be a trend of illiterate drivers over at FedEx Ground. Express brings it on up to the house no problem.Supposed to deliver to 335 and dropped at 397. How? How do you screw that up. Our gate was open and they dropped at a closed gate. Unbelievable! I'd like to say I'm surprised. But, I'm not. My business will be with UPS if the choice is mine, from here on out.

Never had any problems with FedEx till today. I have been at home for the last to days and they haven't delivered my package. Both days they said due to weather. The first day can kind of understand it had some rain clouds and it rained for about 2 min. The next day it's 90 and not a cloud in the sky and it's delayed to weather. I don't know if the driver is lazy or just wanted to get off early on a Saturday either way I have been at the house waiting and no package. Maybe Monday, fingers crossed.

Horrible!!! Called and wanna pretend like they couldn't hear me. Then another lady promised me i would get it the next day.. nope. I was supposed recieve it on the 10th. Its the 18th. Still no package... Never use them.

I could not be home to sign for a package so I requested for it to be left at the store for pickup. I went to go pick it up and the rude lady at the front said “we don’t ship phones” I informed her that I was told to come to this location specifically and she kept giving me excuses. I then asked her to look up my tracking number so I could at least find out where my package (phone) was at. She looked it up and was like “oh it’s sitting in a truck” I asked her if she could get it out of the truck since I had requested pick up and she basically told me no they have to wait until they unload it and that I could come back when they did but would not tell me when they were going to unload it. She said they would keep it in the store and I could come back though. The next day they tried to deliver it AGAIN, meaning they did NOT unload my package. I called up there and she said they would unload it that day. Next day they tried to deliver it yet again. My very expensive package was left on a hot truck for 5 days. I have never dealt with such poor customer service and incompetent people in my entire like. If you are going to be rude and not help your customers find a better job.

I would give negative stars if that was an option. The delivery driver in our area doesn't care at all. He/She has left all packages delivered leaned against our mailbox 5 feet from the road (multiple times in the rain). The box I received today (12/21/21) was ruined, but luckily the contents survived. All other delivery services come up our driveway and deliver on our side porch, which is covered.Try to call and file a complaint...I dare you. That seems to be the FedEx attitude. If you call, you get Karen the automated assistant that insists you say the words she wants to hear. If you don't say the right thing, she hangs up on you. HORRIBLE automated "assistant".Lowe's insists on using these buffoons to deliver packages, so I will have them delivered to the store from now on to prevent this aggravation. I will also make sure we never use this service at my place of business to prevent giving our customers this type of terrible experience. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

Without a doubt this is the worst delivery service ever. I wish that Gamestop would send their packages through UPS. So far these people have managed to lose two packages from Gamestop that my son has been waiting over two weeks to receive. I just can not understand how a package can make it all the way from Fort Worth Texas to Dothan Alabama and then get lost. I would not recommend sending anything through Fedex ever and thanks to these people I will not be ordering anything else from Gamestop because they send their packages through Fedex!
