We lived here for 2 years and to say the least the property is a piece of GARBAGE!!! the locks never work on the laundry room, the pool is closed 75% of the summer, the units itself are POORLY taken care of , and Never upgraded , our unit has “ pink “ cabinets with rotting underneath the wood ,and carpet that is utterly disgusting!!

Just moved out(relocation) of my apartment after 7 beautiful years! I made some amazing memories there, I grew personal relationships staff. Haley has been there the entirety of my stay there, she’s a compassionate and professional manager. Emily(my girl), is the sweetest!!! She’s always so helpful and considerate. Madison has one of the most bashful, yes respectful personalities, she’s a sweet heart too. Maintenance has always answered my calls with the quickness. I’m glad I experienced that season of my life in FC 🤍

Honestly from start to finish the entire process getting into my apartment and the staff that I interacted with Hayley and Emily are absolutely amazing! I appreciate them more than words can say and have loved living here! The kindness and consideration I was shown goes beyond words! Thank you all for being there for me! I would recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful and very peaceful place to live. My kids enjoy using the playground while I take my two large dogs to the bark park. They recently renovated the two laundry rooms and they look amazing. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team are also very friendly, trustworthy and willing to go above and beyond for us.

I thought about moving here until I heard some things I didn't like. It's a beautiful apartment but from what I heard they're not worth the price if maintenance doesn't attend to the issues. The apartments don't even look like the price they're listed for and I can recall a friend of mine said one of the women in the leasing office was kind of rude. Why put all of this money into a run down complex and have your rent raised up without notice?

Fieldcrest Apartments if you or anybody you know is ever thinking about moving into fieldcrest , show them this. This place is infested with bugs, they came to spray 3 times only for there to be even more bugs than before! 2nd the brown water, they came to “fix” it after numerous request. This is a major heath issue and fieldcrest is unsanitary and poses a threat for a bigger problem. The health department needs to look into this. The management is terrible! Emily and Haley are very unprofessional and just want your money. Cleaned the place up and it looked exactly how it looked when I moved in bedsides the fridge. Please share to help anybody else from getting screwed! This place is unlivable and again very unprofessional. Share Share Share!! Houston County Health Department

Been here 3 months and it’s been nice office staff is very nice the the maintenance crew are nice, pools are clean, laundry rooms are always clean the grounds are mowed weekly, no trash around cause it’s collected several time a week, it’s a quiet place to live.

A very beautiful apartment. When I first moved here I loved how quiet the neighbors are, the staff are absolutely sweet, friendly, and definitely made my first day something to remember. I was desperate to move from my previous apartment and I have liked it ever since. Madison, Emily, and Haley go far and beyond for what they do and I wish other landlords would take the same approach. I’d definitely recommend especially if you love the pool and it’s pet friendly. I did make a few friends here that made it worth it.

So when they tell you they have a pool and a gym.. we were excited. But then we moved in around the beginning of July and the pool as been open Mabey a week and. Half out of this whole time and it is now September 17, 2023 and they are closing the pool for the season September 20th…. The gym equipment has been broken for 2 years according to other residents who have been here. There excuse to all new people who live here is lightning struck it.. but they are not replacing the equipment. I’ve had massive issues in the apartment with water leaking and the hot water tank frying and sparking 2 weekends in a row along with the furnace freezing up and breaking. Along with other issues in the house the pics are down below and are self explanatory. Not including the outlets all don’t keep plugs in the walls and pose a fire hazard and they still have no fixed the issues and just complete the work order. It would be a lovely place if they would just fix the issues. There so quick to add a 125$ late fee on to your rent for being one day late on rent but won’t come fix half the issues. Think before you rent.

Pools are closed most of the time. Doesn't seem like their maintenance knows how to maintain a pool.
