When I went to Firestone, snow was in the forecast. As a matter of fact , it started to snow while we were there. The techs had to be freezing! But, nobody rushed. Nobody acted impatient! They were all wonderful! Thank you so much!

My only negative experience with this location is the “generated automated phone calls, it is not a real person, so you do not talk to a real person. I was not aware of any progress of my vehicle. I used another location in a bigger town and knew step by step of my progress. This part to me was very unprofessional.

I had an alternator put on my car I thought it was going to take a couple of days, they got me in right away, They got me the best price available for the part and had it installed in 3 or 4 hours. Everything is going good so far.

I have been coming to the Firestone in Dothan on Jones avenue for 2 years and today I had the best customer service I've ever received by the tire technician Ky. He was very helpful and professional and gave us the best customer service ever received from any tire store that I have ever been to.
