I scheduled an appointment as stated on their app. First off their address is no longer montgomery highway. I went at the time I scheduled and that was confirmed on the app. I was then told by the new owners that they are now at another location. i messaged them via facebook and was told that She couldn’t do my hair at that time and that she could do it at 2. i went to the new address and waited. she was one hour late. when she got in she didn’t say hello or apologize. she then proceeded to wash my hair. i have NATURALLY CURLY HAIR and am also a cosmetologist. She was so rough on my hair and didn’t detangle or handle my hair properly. her hair is also curly but i can tell it is a CHEMICAL CURL not natural like my hair. I wanted a sew in and specifically said little leave out. she left the whole front out. i left and went to an african braid shop for them to sew the rest up. for my sew in now i went back to bai african hair braiding for a nice fresh sew in which looks beautiful. DO NOT GO HERE. RUDE, does not handle natural curly hair properly, late and does not do what is asked.

I had my first appointment today at flat irons. I relocated a year ago and Brandy is the first person to finally straighten out my extensions and the unfortunate state of my natural hair from using salons that didn’t know what they are doing.She is very sweet and educated in color, hair health, and various extensions.She s reasonably priced and her salon is clean and decorated well.I’m blessed to have found her!

Finding a stylist has to be one of the hardest thing when you move to a new area. I saw a young lady’s hair cut and fell in love and had to know where she did it. I called the salon that very evening and she was able to fit me in the next day! Omg Brandy was AMAZING!!! I am VERY miserable about my hair and I didn’t complain or had to correct her anytime during the styling process. I can’t stop looking in the mirror! I LOVE a good haircut and will definitely be going back! Girl you made my day!!!! Everyone Loves it! A thousand thank you!!!!

I have finally found the perfect stylist for my natural hair. Brandy Smith was very prompt and professional. Providing information on the condition of my hair, and tips to a road of healthy hair. I went on the 13th of July and I had a wonderful experience. Ms. Brandy and another worker there were really sweet and carried on wonderful conversations. I got wonderful service and wonderful results. She took good care of my hair and even though I got it bleached, my curls remained the same and she was amazing. I would definitely go again but if you have a lot of hair like me make sure you have the whole day free:)Services: Hairstyling
