Foundations Pediatric Therapy, LLC. (FPT) is an outpatient therapy clinic in Dothan, AL that offers pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy services. Formerly known as Children's Rehab and Therapy Services, FPT was opened in September 2019 by Jake and Kristin Helms. The experienced therapists at FPT are passionate about helping children and their families overcome challenges and meet developmental milestones. Families have seen incredible progress in their children after receiving services at FPT, including reaching milestones they did not think were possible. Our therapist always go above and beyond for my son! They are a part of our family and have helped my son reach milestones we did not know were possible! My son receives pt, ot, speech and feeding. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone?
