DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Me and my husband have been here for only a couple months, and we have repeatedly contacted the landlord regarding mold and trying to break our lease because of the mold. She blames us and wants us to pay 4x our monthly rent before leaving. We are trying to break our lease because of the mold not just because. The landlord will blame you for any issues regarding the apartment even if you just moved in.

Lots of reasons should be a 0 stare rating. Cockroachs everywhere, no true leader. Instead the Manager blames everyone else for the issues she has created. Awful place and managment and same to the overall managment company Adcock.

Well I give great props on the maintenance man there , his name is Justin . He does a very good job at fixing whatever needs we are having a problem with he also maintains the pool area very well . He deserves a raise , he is also very nice and talkative, a people person for sure .

I had a terrible experience living in this apartment complex and would not recommend it to anyone. It is the worst place I have ever lived in. I have reason to believe that they are discriminatory since they required me to pay for a background check on my husband who was not even living with me at the time. Additionally, they towed my car without reason, while someone else received only a warning. They even charged me late fees for issues that were not my fault. When I moved out due to the roach infestation, they refused to remove a late fee that was not my responsibility and took money I had intended for something else to pay for it. I suggest finding a nicer place to live where you will be treated with respect as a paying tenant.

Horrible property manager and horrible management company, RReaf Residential. I beg of you for your safety and health to not move into these apartments. They leak and water runs into your bedroom and instead of fixing the problem they just cover it up and expect you to live with mold and wet and smelly carpet. My son and I have been extremely sick since living here and I have every email and picture to show you if you are considering moving here and I promise once you read them you will change your mind. They misplaced my keys and lied and said my lock was broken and luckily I found them but they have your apartment number on them and they could have been in the road or grass and someone could have broke in. Tabitha Brock is a liar and just pure lazy. Karrissa at corporate is a liar and clueless. I will not let them get away with this.

I love living at Fox Run Apartments! They were recommended to us a few years ago by various coworkers. We have been tenants here for almost two years, and we have had nothing but positive experiences. The apartments are spacious and clean, and everyone is neighborly and friendly. I recently lost my 7 month old little kitten, and I received so many emails and calls from the office and other residents that helped me locate him. Another resident recently lost her cat, and we all pulled together to report sightings and help find him as well. If you want a quiet environment, a great location, and a wonderful community experience, I would definitely recommend renting from Fox Run Apartments.

Jeanie and Tabitha are great! Jeanie has been so helpful throughout my entire process and answered any questions promptly. The reason I gave four stars and not 5 is because I only had one downfall with my apartment and that is that the bedroom and living room had no overhead light fixtures.

My brother has lived here for years never been late on anything. He got a severe water leak from his ceiling causing a hole an water leaks. Reported it on July 22nd, 2019 and as of This past Sunday ir has never been repaired, only got larger, mold has developed in the area. I would not recommend this place to anyone, just read the reviews.

Stay Away!!To start off with, the price of these apartments are priced outrageous with the condition they are in. The kitchen's are very small and the cabinets are the old wooden kind. The dishwasher doesn't work properly. You have to cycle 1 load of dishes 3 times to get them clean. The bathrooms are very outdated. The closets in the bedrooms are very small and have the wooden sliding doors. The apartment manager circles the apartment complex in her personal vehicle to spy and be nosy. It says in the lease that you can have pets, but then she will tell you that dogs over 25lbs are not welcome. I guess they pick and choose who they let have pets here because I see NUMEROUS dogs here that are well over 25lbs. They just sent letters out saying that you now have the option to be on a month to month lease, but they are going to charge you an extra $100 fee on top of the $640 you already pay for a 2 bedroom. It's absolutely ridiculous. Stay away!!

I have been at this apartment for 4 years. I am moving out this mouth and more thankful than ever. Although the office manager is nice the new owner that has recently taken over is only out to make this place a living hell. Not only have they raised the price of rent abput 20% in the last two years, but the improvements from that raise are shoddy work. I am not one to always be late on rent and especially not on purpose. Last month my daughter was put on a life flight to childrens hospital and my rent was going to be late so they were going to add on crazy lately fees so I had to have a family member make a payment for me bc it wouldn't make it in time by mail.Decent apartments for relatively reasonable rent, but don't expect much else.

Do not move here!!!!Me and my family relocated here to dothan from Miami Florida, two days later a fellow tenant ran into our apartment taking out the wall in our sons bedroom!!!. A piece of plywood was placed to cover the hole but after two weeks no one from the office said ANYTHING about fixing our home. We then found out that TERESA O'BRIEN, THE MANAGER was defrauding the insurance company telling them they were taking care of our lodging and storage which NEVER happened. We had a conversation with her in which she stated the insurance company was lying and that as a result of the process to fix our home taking an additional 4 weeks, she would prorate our rent to the tune of $1400 which would have satisfied us. However, the next thing we knew, we had a letter rubber banded to our door stating our rent was late with late fees!!!! EVEN THOUGH WE STILL HAVE A HOLE IN OUR HOUSE!!!These people are pure evil and don't care about anyone here as now, I am learning from my neighbors and other reviews has been very common since TERESA O'BRIEN has been here which is a short amount of time. Run people run!!!!

This place is picking and choosing who they want to get out of here! We have been great tenants for over a year now! But they aren't renewing our lease because our kids have bicycles out in the grassy area than can easily be moved! Wouldn't refer anyone to come live here!
