We needed a Valterra Flush King™ 45 Degree Reverse Flush Valve Attachment for my fifth wheel. We called ahead to make sure they had them in stock because I was going to have to drive about 35 minutes one way just to get it. Not only did they have it in stock, but they brought it up to the checkout, so I didn't have to go searching for it. That was going above and beyond, and I certainly appreciated it. They will get my business from now on.

When it comes to finding a camper, the right folks can make a huge difference with the experience and with what you finally decide to buy. We are grateful for Zach Holt at Camping World Dothan. He was a no pressure, extremely knowledgeable salesperson who worked with us for several months to find the right fit. He was able to tell us the pros and cons and was readily available to show campers that met our criteria. We traded in our camper and Kristie was phenomenal at explaining why we were getting what they offered. They offered us a fair price considering the wear and tear of a camper and even gave us some tips on how to keep our new one in the best shape with maintenance. The finance manager had a great sense of humor too. She kept us laughing while we signed away tons of money (hard to do for my husband for sure). We know we will enjoy our camping memories for years to come, but we are also grateful for the wonderful service offered by Camping World Dothan.

I don’t think Camping World gives a hoot about their ratings. They are terrible and they’ve always been terrible. It’s not clear to me why they are doing so well. It very well could be their lousy Service and #Warranty.

When buying the camper our sales person walked off for a good 20+ minutes. And after about a year of having the camper we've had the pipes freeze with a heated water hose and having it winterized with no instruction to rewinterize it. Our oven went out and our furnace is out too. Things have been falling apart for the past year. Do not buy from here

I bought a rubicon 1400 BH from camping world and the experience was very smooth! Kristie was the salesperson that helped me and she was always available to answer any questions. They were also patient with me while I got the car fixed and gathered the finances. The service department has been helpful so far. I highly recommend them for RVs. You might get a really good deal too like I did.

Husband and I bought our camper there new in June 2023. We have had leaks everywhere since we got it. Valve leaks, hot water tank leaks, piping for shower leaks, roof leaking above bed, slide out leaking. Cabinets warping, soft spots in the floors, paid to have the camper inspected, over $300 and not even having it back for 2 weeks after it was at camping world of Dothan for repairs for a little over a month and the inspection and we paid for the roof to be coated and next thing we know there are still leaks everywhere, and same soft spots. They sold us a lemon. Have had it in their shop many times. I DO NOT recommend using them unless you want to pay for expensive garbage. I am on my second round of dealing with corporate.
Now in the heat we are worrying about mold due to all the leaking issues.

I can’t thank the staff at the Dothan camping world enough. They turned my nightmare experience from the Salem Al camping world around and did everything they could to make it right. First don’t shop at camping world in Salem Al the owner Dan finance Adam and sales guy are not honest people to deal with and will do nothing to make it right after selling a brand new camper and charging me a $1700 inspection fee to ensure everything was perfect along with a $300 delivery fee. $2000 in fees and let me tell you the Dothan office found 4 pages of damages to the camper. Riley in Dothan has been amazing and went above and beyond trying to get the repairs done so that I could get my camper back. There was to many so Leigh and manager John Hickerson stepped into do what Dan at Salem would not and figure out how to make this right. They got me in a new camper and out of the damaged one Salem had left me with. Thank you does not do any of them justice on ensuring actual customer service. Thank you John Leigh and Riley your time and help is more then appreciated, thanks for caring about your customers and your company!
