Very personable employees but the store manager isn't. Every time I go in there I'm welcomed by the employees but the store manager ignores me and everyone else. I intentionally say "hi" or "how are you" while I make eye contact with me and he literally ignores me. This last time after he ignored me he cut I front of me and isn't even say excuee me or nothing. This is why I just go down to Rural King for most of my stuff nowadays.

They had a ticket in front of a big item, so I took the ticket to the cashier. He said they were out if stock. They had 2 of the items on display. I ask if I could take 1 of the 2 display items and they said no. I don’t understand if you have two items on display and none in stock, why not take one for a definite sale. And why would you have the ticket for an item to take to the register if you have none.

Went there yesterday in the evening to buy a palm nailer. An older gentleman employee told me they had 4 in the back and they would be on the shelf upon opening the next day. I went back the next day about 10:30am and it wasn't on the shelf.
I asked a supervisor (a young man) if they had them and he told me they were somewhere in the back and had no idea how to find them, would not even try, nor even offer a suggestion or an apology. I wasted 2 trips across town from the west side and perhaps a day delay on finishing my project. Yes, I was upset!
It would've been better if they just told me they had them but didn't know when they would be on the shelf. Could've ordered from Lowe's for a dollar more without all the inconvenience!
Now to complete my project i have to make a trip to Marianna.
Businesses like this are why I hate to buy things anymore. Lousy service with no regard for the customer or their inconvenience.
I know now I cannot trust what they tell me at this place. Lesson learned!
