Called and asked a woman about a job she just hangs up on me. I call back, this time a man answers and laughs “ well i guess you got your answer “ this place must be a joke. How rude can you be. If i could give 0 stars Iwould. Its simple as saying no we arent hiring. But nice to know this place is run by immature rude people. Must be ran by the son ?? just wow. The communication was great!! Sarcastically. Must be miserable. Just thought id share my experience cause talk about customer service. ?

Went by a week ago, stood there talking to a lady at the front dest. She took all my info about what I wanted on the card design, number, color, how .any cards...exc. says in a couple days will get a email of design and will print right after approval by me. Over a week later no email so I go by there and see what the problem is. She says I'm not sure who you talked to..."it was her" don't know what paper work your talking about we don't have any papaerwork..... needless to say I said forget about it I'll have them done somewhere else! Don't waste your time here

$5 plus another.25 for just to print a black and white one page email, with no designs or anything.. About 3 sentences.. I am just in complete shock that someone would really charge that!

I’m originally from Atlanta and nowhere there could print out my Grandmother’s obituary the way we needed. We were so fortunate to come across this am amazing print shop. Tim was able to acknowledge my order and executed it beautifully.

Absolute scam artist!! $30.00 for 1 single poster printout that they didn’t even design!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Tristate Graphics aren’t crooks.

I called Mr. Jack from Huntsville last week with a last minute (As in, my boss needed it in 2 hours) order that he was able to give me a quote and complete for a more than reasonable price. He knew all the helicopters on the marketing materials I needed him to print, and was very kind and understanding through the whole process. He also gave me a number to give my boss so that he could call if he had trouble finding the shop or got lost. He was an absolute godsend. I highly recommend him.
