I had gutters installed. They gave me exactly what I asked for and the price was a good value. Adam and his team were very nice and responsive. I had one issue with a seam and leak once we got a good rainfall. I text Adam and it was fixed immediately. I found these guys to be very trustworthy and responsive. My initial review from Google. I called Hathcock Home Services for gutter installation at my home. The quote was fair, the crew was timely and the product is quality. I could not be more satisfied with this contractor. Everyone has their "contractor nightmare" stories and no one likes to deal with the uncertainty. This is hands down the best contractor I have ever hired to do a job. I highly recommend Hathcock Home Services for your home improvement and maintenance needs. We will use them again.

Because of unforeseen and very unfortunate financial circumstances, I was unable to continue with the installation of gutters on my new home. Adam at Hathcock refuses to refund my $1200 deposit because they state they cannot use the materials on another job. These are not windows - they are standard white 6- inch gutters. Really? I told Adam even a $600 refund would be helpful to me. NO response. This is a terrible way to treat a previous customer. Apparently it is not worth even $600 to Hathcock to restore their reputation. BUYER BEWARE.

I scheduled a gutter install for my new home. I paid a $1200 deposit. Because. of unforeseen and very unfortunate financial circumstances, I am unable to complete the installation. Adam at Hathcock said they could not refund the deposit because they already purchased the materials. This is a standard 6-inch white gutter install. I don't believe their excuse for a minute that this material cannot be used on another job. I told them even a $600 refund would be helpful to me at this time. NO RESPONSE. This is a terrible way to treat a previous customer.

I had serious drainage issues at my home and needed gutters. I was recommended to Hathcock from a friend. When I called, I had an appraisal appointment within 2 days. Adam was awesome, was very knowledgeable and explained all our options. He showed of jobs similar to help us make the best decision for us. After setting up the appointment, we were set for install within 2 weeks. The day before our install, I had to call and adjust due to drainage issues at our home. Knowing that product prices had increased, they still honored my original price, adjusted their schedules for me and came out a few days later. The installers were very professional and turned a two day job into a one day job. Once complete, they cleaned up and you could ever tell they were here.Excellent product and excellent customer service! Can’t recommend them enough.Service: Installation

Guy that came by acted as if it was just a small paint job @ he really didn't want to mess with it.Said he would call later with a estimate but never heard from him.I don't recommend them.Find someone else.

Update based on response from the business. When I talked with them about getting the quote I was very specific in my request. I wanted the exact type of mitered corners that they were displaying and advertising on their website. I mentioned this several times to them before their quote. I don't know what they call them because I'm not a professional gutter installer. But it was made very clear to them what I wanted before the job began. Once I came home to find the installer installing cheap looking pre-made mitered corner pieces, I asked him to stop and call Adam. Adam himself told me that there was a mistake and that those hand cut mitered corners pictured on their website should not have been up there. No problem I though. Mistakes happened. However product was not to the quality that I wanted going in, so I offered to pay for the labor to put them up and take them back down. Adam then offered to take a few hundred dollars off the bill if I would keep them as is...to which I agreed and paid them on the spot. That all aside, gutters, no matter how the corners come together are there to catch water and move it away from your home. The ones installed on my house did not do that. In fact, they ended up causing more erosion issues just having them up and leaking so badly as you can see in my pictures. When I called Adam to inform discuss the leaks, he said that they "would not come out to fix them because they had already discounted them so much." No mention of warranties being invalid for the reasons he stated. So I ended up having to hire someone else to come out and fix all of the issues that Hathcock left me with. I will say that they always been nice and courteous when dealing with them. There was just a misunderstanding, then poor workmanship during the install, a solution offered by Adam for me to pay a discounted fee to keep the product, and then no offer to stand by their product when it failed a few months later. I don't even live in that house anymore or the state for that matter. I have no dog in this fight at this point. Just don't like the misrepresentation happening here. In the end, though, I do hope their business is thriving and that other customers are thrilled with their work. I just posted my experience after they left me with leaking gutters that I had to get someone else to fix.

We got our gutters and windows from Hathcock and it was a wonderful experience!! Love that they are locally and family owned - would highly recommend them for all home improvements!!
