Had to rent from Herts due to my car needing a new engine. I worked with Codi and Kenya. And they both were the sweetest ladies. They were very friendly and went out of their way to help me. 100% recommend.

Hertz has had hundreds of people falsely arrested for "stealing" their cars even though they had legitimate rental agreements and had paid for them. This has wasted countless police resources, taxpayer money and ruined numerous lives. Hertz should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT rent from this company. Class action lawsuits against them are mounting.

The atmosphere in this place is excellent the staff was very friendly and helpful in getting me in to a rental van for my transportation. In my opinion I would recommend this business to anyone in my family that needs a rental.

Call ahead and make resolutions because they don't keep cars here. They get them from the airport. The staff was nice and very friendly. No troubles during our experience.

I was charged double what I was expecting to pay. I rented a compact car. When I went to pick it up, they said they had given me a free upgrade because they didn't have any compact cars. So they upgraded us to a mid size car at no extra charge. Well after we return the car as we were supposed too, I check my bill and it's double the compact car rental. THEY CHARGED ME FOR SAID "FREE" UPGRADE!! I sent them an email asking for that back and they said no. Their records don't show that there was an upgrade. I am going to be calling someone to talk in person, this is ridiculous!

Was told will have a vehicle today and now we are told it wont be until Friday. We are not trying to rent just for fun. We need a vehicle to use to get back and forth to work until we can replace a vehicle taken from us by a careless driver. I do not understand these businesses these day. Horribly ran!

I have to be honest I had an extremely pleasant experience with Hertz. Compared to their only major competitor that begins with an e, those people left me stranded with a promise of a rental car and never came through and left me stranded in Dothan with no way home. Hertz made sure not only that I had a car waiting for me, but that I had a way from the body shop to Hertz, and vice versa when I had to bring the rental car back to go pick up my car. The young lady there was extremely helpful and everybody made sure that everything was as good as it could be and ran smoothly car was absolutely awesome I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A++++

I rent a truck and am told if I don't pick up it'll cost me $125 then drive an hr and a 1/2 the day of my vacation and they run a credit check and say I can't have it. Thanks for ruining my entire planned vacation. U could have done that the day of my reservation so I had time to plan elsewhere. Too bad I can't charge for my wasted time like these bully corporations do

Both ladies that work at this particular location go above and beyond to be as helpful as can be! When I received my vehicle it was nice and clean and drove great! I even extended the rental under my personal use after my insurance coverage for a rental ran out. I almost felt a sadness when I returned it due to it being so great on gas, (Kia Soul). I will definitely return for any future rental needs at this particular location. I highly recommend! Thanks again ladies!

Returned to location to find our personal car vandalized with window crushed by a brick. No cameras on site. Staff accused us of doing it ourselves. No help, no concern, no apologies. Could not be more demeaned and disgusted.

So ,I made a reservation for a car Friday. The rental office told me the rental would be 168. I get down to the office to get the car and he said not only do I have to pay the 168 , I need to pay 300 deposit and put my credit card on file.Fast forward to Friday afternoon, I went to get in the car to drive to work with Hospice and the car would not start. So I missed Friday work . So on Saturday I went to crank the car to go do errands and by some luck it started up. Well when I was out doing some things it failed to start up again. So the car sat on Walmart parking lot until late Sunday afternoon, when a family member came and help start it.The car is a Toyota so I am not a bit surprised. However, I will not rent another car here. It cost me 175 a day x2 plus the 468 for the hold on a credit card. In three days this car cost me 818.00 including the gas. OUTRAGEOUS! I will be dealing with this situation within the next hour or so. I am going to try and be godly, but it’s going to take some self control.

This was my first time renting a vehicle and I must say that it was absolutely painless. The two ladies that helped me were very knowledgeable very helpful very sweet had no issues got a great car and just would highly recommend this place to anyone. Came in at my appointment time and was out the door within five minutes with a nice new car will definitely be using them again.
