Harley-Davidson of Dothan Inc. is a very nice dealership that provides great professional service and great customer service. The staff is super friendly and greets visitors warmly. They offer a decent selection of merchandise. Their service department is highly recommended, especially for repairs. The team is very interactive, explaining and showing needed repairs with proof, and keeps customers informed of progress. They are known for resolving issues quickly, often getting customers in and out in about an hour, even in emergency situations when travelers are stranded. Many have had amazing experiences and are very satisfied, stating it is the best overall service experience they have had.
