She did everything within her power to help us knowing that I was needing a specific item for my 93 year old dad who had recently fallen and was unable to walk. I was in town for only an overnight from GA trying to fulfill needs for dad. We owe it all to her for making this happen. She was courteous caring and very sincere. Thank you Daphne

“Folks this place has good selection of items that are definitely worth checking out. They can order them for you if not in stock. Generally they have good prices but you have to stay up with them.”
“We had the absolute BEST interactions with three AMAZING ladies at Lowe’s this evening. When I tell you that they went over and above in their helpfulness and friendliness. Please know that you can count on Frankie, Christy W., and Courtney H. Christy even shared with us that she had been with the company for 20 years! I hope Lowe’s recognizes the quality employees they have.”
“I enjoy going to Home Depot, but I do have a few comments about the store.
Not sure why, but there were a lot of things (rolling ladders, pallets of items, and carts with items (not customer carts)) blocking the isles. I had to move one ladder that was not being used so a gentleman in a wheelchair could travel up the isle. I could understand if an employee was using these ladders or restocking items, but that was not the case.
One other thing to mention is the lighting throughout the store was very dim. It was so dim that I had to double check that I was not wearing my sunglasses. I would guess the lights were at about 50% of their normal brightness. I even asked an employee why it was so dark. He told me the local store doesn't have any control over their own lights, they are controlled remotely from Atlanta.”
