“The Location was perfect for going anywhere in Dothan. They’re shopping within 5 miles and restaurants. The staff was helpful and my room was ready quickly after I checked in on my mobile app.
My room was clean and smelled great! Breakfast was hot and fresh and tasty. The gym was easy to access and was filled with good equipment.

“Didn't have an issue here, but hard to believe all the reviews from entitled dog owners. One person clearly had several large dogs that thankfully were turned away, people are out of hand with their dam dogs. Want to take them everywhere and treat them like literal humans. The term entitled is spot on with these people. Kudos to this BW for having some sanity, but I also blame BW corp for allowing this as a policy. I understand these days it's about competition but we'll stay where they don't allow dogs any day. Do dog owners seriously think they can't effectively clean carpets and the rooms? We always know when we open to door if a dog has been in the room. People didn't always expect this nonsense, traveling with a pack of dogs and expect to stay anywhere. They don't care about respect or just common sense.”

“Front desk let me check in a little early. They were so nice and 5 stars for having a company Christmas lunch. Every employee I saw was smiling and I'm sure thats because they felt appreciated with a Christmas dinner platter. Great work management. Clean room good location feel safe walking around.”
“I stayed 2 consecutive nights in 2 different rooms. Room was clean and well stocked. I read some reviews about lack of cleanliness so I checked the room and bathroom closely. The room and particularly the bathroom were very clean. I took advantage of the cook to order breakfast. Loraine has great control of the breakfast area. I walked down very early and the area was clean and orderly. Her service was professional and timely. Breakfast was excellent and her service made it taste even better ! Thank you.”

Clean and updated.
Rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee maker.
Airconditioning is good.
Bed was pretty uncomfortable.
No ethernet outlet in the room.
Checkout was smooth but took more than 12 hours to get my final bill via email after multiple calls and a customer care email.”

“great customer service new ownership the owners stay outside a lot and keep a very good watch out on the parking lot and the guests coming in and out they also give military discounts. this is not the same hotel as it used to be. Barry supervise and secure now.. free Wi-Fi and right next to convenience stores and restaurants.
Walkability: right next to the local owned restaurant call kickin Chicken what is delicious in value and just write down the road from restaurants and gas stations you can walk anywhere you need to from here.”

“The hotel is perfect. The only issue is that the shower needs to be cleaned or upgraded. They must have had a shower pad and removed it, it left a ring that's unsightly.”

“Evacuated here, rooms are very nice and staff is friendly. Pet friendly and allows smoking which I needed a separate room for my son.
Rooms: Large room and very clean. Only seen a spider and a fly, no other bugs.
Nearby activities: Nice little town and lots of shops.
Walkability: Several fast food restaurants in the parking lot.”

“The room I stayed in did have bed bugs but I bought bed bugs treatment and kept the room clean for $45 a night can't expect everything to be 100% and goes along with people keep their rooms belongings and themselves clean I've stayed in big name motel/hotel and found bed bugs before at those places so you just roll the dice I mean it not always the owner fault alot of times it's never reported to the owner or manager of the placeRooms: Decent sizeSafety: Not best area but you mind your own business and everything is fine. Everyone who stay here don't bother no one peaceful most of the timeWalkability: There's two convenience store within walking distance and a pool table bar where you can go play pool within walking distanceNoteworthy details: Owner is very nice and understanding and the whole family has been amazing and I appreciate them working with me when I can't pay before check out time they have been patient and gave me extra time to get the money.”

“Believe it or not I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last few months and I have worked in a lot of upper class properties throughout my career and for the price you pay this hotel is very good although the party life here seems to be a little strong probably because there's a bar attached and if that's not what you're looking for and you're looking for peace and quiet you need to make sure that you let them know you need a room away from people that are gathering”
