I tried to reach out directly to this location with no success. I tried to call the number listed and the voicemail says “this is not the car wash”. I tried to do the contact form on the website and it gave me an error. I messaged them on Facebook and they responded asking if I had an account with them. I never heard anything back. So here we are… I went through the car wash and immediately noticed a small spot where the paint chipped on my new car. I just wanted to make them aware but the obviously don’t care. I’m so disgusted.

10/17/2024:a motor on a side roller out of commission and a motor on on of blower out of order also per staff. Wet car after washing. Very disappointed

Always the best cleanest car wash in the Wiregrass area! Will travel out of our way to visit here. All the other ones in the area leave soap residue or black grease on the wheels. We will be back for sure and thanks for your service Iwash Express!

Used to be my go to place. No more!!! Purchased the $25 wash. 2 of the brushes were not working. And I got no tire shine on my tires. Used to be the best, but seems to be getting worse than the rest!

I recently visited iWash car wash in Dothan on 84. I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The facility is clean and well-maintained making it a comfortable and safe.
Prior to entering the actual car wash to select and pay for the wash I wanted….I was able to clean my wheels and tires with some provided supplies at the entrance of the car wash.
The staff is friendly greeted me with a smile as I entered, the car wash. I got the premium car wash. I think it was like $20. Afterwards, I was able to vacuum my car out with the vacuums provided. The vacuums actually worked very well and I didn’t have to wait in line to use one.
This would’ve been a really cool place to take my son when he was a little. The cool color lights and foam that they put on your car are in cool colors. It makes it pretty neat when you’re driving through.
I think they offer a membership program, but I am not a member. I don’t get my car washed there enough, it’s on the other side of town. I will definitely be returning here for future car washes though. It’s worth the drive.

Convenient location, good wash and vacuums normally work really good. Mat cleaner machine as well for non plastic mats.

Great clean after a 700 mile drive. Did not get off all the bugs, but did better than any other automated car wash has. Can not beat the free vacuums, glass cleaner, and clean towels.
