There is nothing telling you were to stand to checkout we were in line lady had a bunch of stuff one lady had one item so we moved forward cashier told us to go get in line we told her we were in line we just moved forward...all crap broke loose telling us we were rude... cashier told us she didn't have time for us smartly..I took all my clothes and sit them down and walked out i want be back in there

It will not surprise me if y'all go out of business.. customer service is pitiful. I'm literally standing in line for 25 minutes waiting for 1 person to check out š. With 2 cashiers watching 1register..y'all have got to do better..

I visited the jewelry counter at this location on 8/30 and had to ask for assistance, immediately I could tell that the employee, Rose was bothered by me. I explained that I was simply inquiring about jewelry repair on a ring purchased there. Immediately she begins to ask me where is your paperwork, you know you have to have our care plan. I explained that I understand that if I don't have said plan I would pay out of pocket. Her tone and demeanor was very unfriendly. She then tells me she will have to get a manager but she does not have one available. I finally said, "nevermind Rose". I walked out down the way to Kay and was assisted immediately and will do business there from here out. This JCP continues to go down hill.

I ordered blue jeans online. Turns out they didnāt work out so I went to the store to return them. I had taken the tags off when I tried them on but I kept the tags.
When I went to the store to return them with my receipt and the tags the gal told me they couldnāt take them back because the tags were removed ( but they were in the pocket). I asked to talk to the manager.
When the manager arrived I recognized her (donāt recall her name) and asked if she remembered ordering these for me last week. She didnāt remember me, but I said Iām pretty sure you are the lady who ordered these for me.
She said ā Well we all look alikeā. ( she is black)
I was very shocked by this comment from her and not how to respond, so I said nothing. Was she trying to start something with me?
I accepted my refund and left. I will never return to this store.

Was not really happy for my overall experience bought some rings ands it just seems like other than the manager the staff in the jewelry department is not trained properly. Someone had signed that I had picked up my ring I hadnāt they were very disorganized I spent over 1000.00 on my jewelry so I am just a bit disappointed with how unorganized the staff was without management they would be lost made me feel like I should have went to Kayās jewelry and Iām not like trying to bad mouth the store but I just felt the staff either didnāt care or wasnāt trained properly

As I approached the counter in the men's section by the entrance I saw the worker standing in the fitting room I guess that's what that was, on her phone, she finally came to assist me but didn't say ANYTHING to me, just walked up, took my receipt, didn't ask if I wanted to exchange it or return it, she just refunded my money and proceeded to greet the next customer. She didn't say a word to me, guess I didn't look a certain way to be talked to. :-( I've never experienced this type of customer service at JCPENNEY.
