Cant even leave A star horrible customer service and even worse products ordered shots for our puppies the are supposed to be cold they arrived at 88 degrees so all bad had to throw them out they wont refund anything had the smallest ice pack in the box that wouldn't keep anything cold absolutely horrible those would have killed all the puppies and they could care less WOULDN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I have tried and tried! The customer service phone line is a joke. I ordered a chicken feeder on 5-5-24 and it arrived on the 10th as it was supposed to. Problem is it was only pieces of the WRONG feeder. I immediately tried calling and the woman on Jefferspet end said "I have a new one coming" and before I could ask for confirmation she hung up. My husband called back to get confirmation and after over 30 mins was told a new one was coming and after hang up to check for a confirmation email... never got one. I emailed and tried, got response to my email asking for a tracking number. After working 10hrs today I came home and tried calling. Insane crackle while on hold and then the young lady claimed she couldn't hear my old order number ( not had any issues with anyone else hearing me and she heard everything else I said...) she told me " uh just try to call back later!" No help! She didn't even want to help. This was to be a Mothers Day gift, because yes we aren't rich and when our feeder broke I took the opportunity to get the feeder I wanted. So disappointed with this company. Shameful way for a customer to be treated by a "family" owned business.

Always polite, helpful staff. Probably will not be going there or ordering as much since they basically killed the reason I really spent my money there. I will miss the sale barn's section ?Horse stuff is crazy expensive, and taking 10$ off, something isn't really a "sale" on such expensive items. Maybe I read or heard wrong ?I spent more money there, just because I was there for the sales, than any other site/business due to that sale barn.

I have no choice but to change my review from 5 to 1 star and they deserve 0. I had an emergency Friday, my horse cut himself in the fence and needed stitches. My vet is 2 hours drive so I called and have him approve a prescription for tranquilizer gel. He was waiting for the store to call him, they refused to call the vet, they refused to sell me the medicine, they said to do it online ,I did it in the parking lot in front of the store (around noon) . Called today, Tuesday, 4 and a half days later, they still didn't contacted the vet! IT WAS AN EMERGENCY!!! If anything happens to my horse because of this lazy, careless and disrespectful people, I'm gonna get a lawyer and I'll make sure they will pay my horse brand new! Stay away from this rundown place! They should be out of business!

I have not been to the facility! I always order from Jeffer's online! Their prices are better any of the Pet Supply stores, & Tractor Supply! I have been a customer for over 20 years!Always a Pleasure doing Business with Jeffer's! ???

Above and beyond customer service.Our dog had a pricey medication that we were able to get through Jeffers. Their team reached out multiple times to make sure we had the correct amount and in a timely manner.

Quite possibly, worst customer service ever. Nice people, sure, but they get nothing done for you. I ordered a turnout sheet but cancelled the order within 15 minutes of placing it as I needed it sooner than it would have arrived for a newly acquired rescue donkey. I called and spoke with someone and was told that they would try to cancel it but could not guarantee it. Turns out the order was "cancelled" online when looked at Jeffers account page, but a few days later, I received notice that it was shipping. I called and asked for it to be recalled, as I know that the sender can do that. I was told it may not be possible, but I could wait for it to be delivered and they would be sending me a label asap. It's been two weeks since that conversation, and no label. I have called and emailed several times, checked spam, etc. They told me that it was mailed- ok that was over a week ago. Still no label. I asked them to email it to me. Still no label.I hate writing reviews where I have to call a company out publicly in order to get a very simple and basic customer service need addressed. Quite frankly, Jeffers should be embarrassed.

I ordered vaccines. Paid for next day delivery. Showed up 3 days late because ups sent my vaccines from Alabama to Georgia then to Kentucky and then to Tennessee and finally arrived in Arkansas. Ice packs were thawed. I paid for 4 extra ice packs to be safe. Now not sure if the vaccines are safe to give because they were warming up.
