I was walking from dillards with my wife and I seen them close the gate and just walk off. And we were sitting there for almost a hour waiting so I called mall security and got her name Madison and she is some kind of manager. A horrible one. They told me this isn’t her first time doing this. Journeys this is bad management. Had us and few other people waiting while she do lord knows what.

Do not order online! Go in the store if possible. Even tho they have more variety online than in store! But please be prepared to pay double for your purchase! Finish Line would never!!!!!

I was window shopping. An employee named Chasity promptly engaged in conversation, like a great cus service/salesperson should. She brought out a few options that would be suitable for my son's outfit. And BOOM..she got a sale. There was another employee, maybe Emily? She was GREAT as well!! Never shopped here before tonight!!! Thk u ladies for a great shopping experience.

Went in to find shoes for myself and my kids for my daughter's birthday party. Ashley was awesome and so patient with me. She helped me find the exact shoes I was looking for and even though I had to return my daughter's shoes to get a different size, she remembered exactly who I was and what shoe size I needed before I even explained to the other cashier what I needed! Talk about great customer service! And it's evident that Ashley is a manager but even with that title, she doesn't let that keep her from servicing the customers from behind the register which is rare these days! Awesome store and crew!

Went there sunday,Sunday 5/2/21,an employee named Ashley had the best sales experience ever,the way she approached my kids was amazing, I have a hard time helping them on shoe decisions, style and color,she got all that done in one setting and was super kid friendly, made a sell and a friend,thank u Journeys for an excellent employee!
