I have used this facility for the last few years, with no problems. The last 2 times I have been there. The wait time has exceeded one and one half hours. The last time I went the woman did not put the reason codes in for insurance to pay. So my Medicare did not pay. So now I’m in a fight with Medicare to get my money back. No help from this facility or from the corporate office.yesterday I stupidly went back and walked out after the excessive wait time.

On my recent visit to LabCorp, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from both the receptionist and the lab technician. Though I don't know the receptionist's name, her professionalism and courteous demeanor left a lasting impression. She greeted me with a warm smile and efficiently handled the check-in process.
The lab technician who assisted me, was from Michigan, I don’t recall her name either. But she provided equally exceptional service. She demonstrated remarkable expertise and attentiveness during the procedure. Her ability to make the process quick and comfortable was greatly appreciated. She was not only skilled but also took the time to explain the steps, ensuring that I felt at ease.
Both the receptionist and the lab technician exemplify the high standards of customer service that reflects on LabCorp. I am grateful for their care and would like to commend/recommend them for their excellent work. I was a walk in appointment and was pressed for time. In and out in less than 20 minutes.

Scheduled my appointment online, checked when I arrived, gave phlebotomist my insurance card & lab order. She was so quick I was shocked at how painless it was compared to my lifetime experience.

I have never had a problem always nice and never had to wait long. When are they going to open again? I noticed that they are temporarily closed in Dothan.

Understaffed and unable to provide customer service. Waited 20+ minutes in lobby with provider on phone to work out issue about their fax machine not receiving the orders being sent. Ended up not being seen because they couldn't receive the receive the order being faxed in real time while I was standing in their lobby. This location needs customer service training and resourcing.

Wife's endocrinologist sent us here for thyroid cancer blood work. Paperwork was very specific that it pertained to thyroid cancer and that thyroglobulin levels were what needed to be checked. They screwed up and didn't even check it, so I missed work for no reason on top of having to drive out of town to see the endocrinologist only to still not find anything out as a result of their incompetence. Absolute garbage.

It took me a bit to figure out the kiosk in front rather than a person at the front desk, but will definitely come here again!! The lab technician was soooo nice and friendly and got my vein perfectly the first time!! She was able to connect with my out of state doctor instantly, so was super pleased!!!

My telehealth doctor wrote a lab order and sent it to them as well as me having a copy on my app I use for appointments, and they wouldn't accept it. Told me I needed to go somewhere and print it out even though they are contracted with the company I use for my telehealth services, and the app specifically said I didn't need it printed and just to show them on my phone.

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Let me preface by saying- I haven’t even visited this establishment, and as long as I can avoid it, I never will. Based solely off the letter I received from the billing department for $20 that my health insurance didn’t cover. TWENTY dollars. I have never read a payment collection attempt as absurdly RUDE as the one I was sent. I’ve never felt so offended by a letter. It is so obnoxiously rude that I considered letting it go into collections just to avoid paying a company who treats patients this way. I highly recommend avoiding doing business with this company at any cost. They don’t care about patients AT ALL, just our $$$. Not to mention the outrageous prices they charge for lab work. This company is robbing people and it’s disgusting.
