Lafayette Auto-Air did a great job repairing the A/C on my Kubota L6060 tractor. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and even took the time to give me some maintenance tips to help prevent future problems. Excellent service — highly recommend!

I’m having ac problems and someone referred me to these ppl. I took my car there yesterday and the guy at the front told me they wouldn’t get to it yesterday and asked was I going to leave it or asked did I want to bring it in this morning. He informed me they open a 7:30 and I told him I’ll have it here as soon as I can. He even asked the make and model of the car as if he was really interested. Well today 7:45 I go in after driving from out of state and he tells me I’m sorry we’re booked today and we won’t get to it until tomorrow. What was the use in telling me to bring my car in when you can’t honor your word? That’s not how you do it! Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the disservice I received.

Not AC related:
I began having transmission issues a mile from Lafayette Auto. They were the closest shop nearby so I assumed they would be able to assist. I arrived and they weren't able to help with my transmission problem. However, they provided me with anything they had on hand to help with my issue. All employees were very courteous and assisted without confrontation.

The team at Lafayette went above and beyond to help me get the air conditioner in my truck fixed. Not only were they knowledgeable, they worked quickly to get it taken care so I could be back in my vehicle quickly. They’re honest and helpful and completely made me feel at ease about trusting them to get the job done. Lafayette’s pricing was also very reasonable and helped save me money! Lucky for us our AC failed just down the road from Lafayette Auto-Air. They were able to diagnose the problem in minutes and get all the needed parts and start the repair the same day!
They even provided transport to and from the LaQuinta in town!
Such great people and service! Davis even called after we were back on the road for a couple hours just to make sure all was well!
Highly recommended!

I let a jack leg work on my ac system. Had the compressor and expansion valve replaced, system did not work well at all carried it back several times still no cold air, finally got smart and went to Lafayette. They said freon was low and the system was full of air. Lafayette fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I now have freezing air in my car. Take your car to Lafayette they KNOW what they are doing. My 2013 altima is now a pleasure to ride in on those hot days. On top of this I was only there about 45 minutes, highly recommend Lafayette and the service personnel were very friendly and had an actual concern for you.

They did great work and took good care of my wife's van. I hate sending my wife to auto places without me because so many try to take advantage of women, but this place was great!Absolutely would use them again and recommend them to anyone. They do great work for a fair price!

Spent $2000 to try to get our a/c fixed and it was still just dribbling out like before. Replaced everything from the firewall forward with no change. Can't say I'd recommend doing the same with these folks. Very disappointed.
