I decided to try this nail place, and I will not be back. When I got there they took me right back one lady soaked my nails off and then moved me to a different lady. This lady had a small child who was crying, and pulling on her chair while doing my nails! I know the process of having my nails done and the process was completely backwards. I received powder dip and at the end she had to put gel polish over them to cover the bad job. I hate leaving reviews like this, but the sloppyness of my nails calls for it. She also dug way too deep into my nail bed, my pinky was filed so deeply it is sore to the touch.

I walked in stated I wanted full set, toe polish change, and eyebrows. So I got in the chair to get my toe color changed keep in mind I already had on 2 acrylic toes the lady attempted to take off my acrylic toe nails and couldn’t (there was nothing wrong with the acrylic toes from the start) so a younger lady took over with applying gel polish she did a great job. Another older lady started doing my nails while I’m sitting getting my toes done, so weird! I asked for long coffin shape she applied stilettos. So after cutting the tips off I’m practically at medium length and my nails came out ozark shaped and other shapes. She was rough with the drill literally 7 of my fingers are still hurting/ burning because she drilled on my skin 8 hours later. I was charged $100 overall $60 for the bad nails $40 for my toes.. I politely paid because I didn’t want to argue with older people. They didn’t service my eyebrows I’m kind of glad they forget I asked after I mentioned it 3 times The service has gone down TREMENDOUSLY I WILL NOT BE RETURNINGService: Acrylic nails

The owners wife is very rude. I showed her a reference picture and asked her if she could do it like that. She said yes, but she ended up doing something totally different. When I asked her if she wasn't going to do the design like the picture she got mad and started saying stuff in her language and grabbing stuff aggressively. At that point I didn't let her finish I got up and paid. I went back two weeks later and another lady served me,she too was aggressive. She made my cuticles bleed and she was not polite. I believe they remembered me and did it on purpose. Never went back

Went here for prom and ended up getting this guy that was very sweet and a perfectionist! They turned out better then I was expecting! I uploaded the reference photo we used as well. The reason I didn't put 5 stars though was because my mom got her nails done the same time and she got this lady who kept cutting her and was a bit aggressive with it.

Rushed to finish my nails to get to another customer, I went Friday (it's now Monday) and my gel polish has started peeling because the tech didn't cure the bottom polish long enough and it's still semi wet.Extremely disappointed because my first set was pretty decent (except for my cuticles getting ate up and cut with the drill)my pedicure was perfect tho so maybe I just caught them on a rough dayServices: Pedicure
