I bought a freezer from Lowes on Montgomery Highway two weeks ago. I was told the item would be delivered April 29th, when it was never delivered, I called Lowes and the recording said that it would be delivered today between 4pm and 8pm. No more communication until the delivery man calls me at 3 pm to tell me he is at my house with my freezer. I called Lowes twice after I came home the customer service person tried to connect me with a manager twice, and I was hung up on both times. Lowes needs to get their employees as well as managers in check. That's a great way to lose business!
