Worst experience ever. When arriving there were multiple workers in the salon but was told I had to wait for someone to come back from target. Then a lady came over and started removing my gel polish as she was removing it the other lady came back from target and was told it was her turn. She asked why and they all conversed as to why. Then once she sat down and started working on my nails another lady kept coming over telling her what she needed to do (how to be quicker) and walking off. This happened numerous times. The whole experience was a nightmare and took over an hour to simply change polish. Then the design requested was not up to par either. At that point I just wanted to leave the his place and plan on never returning. Whether they were just ready to go or uncomfortable doing my nails this could have been a much better experience to say the least.

I went to this nail shop on the 22nd and asked for a full set and showed the lady my design I wanted. At first, she couldn’t get the design right so I simplified the nail design. I paid 70 dollars plus tip. The very next day I had a nail to completely pop off. I’m a regular with getting acrylic nails and I know that isn’t normal at all and it didn’t even hurt my real nail when it popped off so the application of the acrylic was totally wrong. I went back that Friday to get it fixed because it was thanksgiving. Fast forward to yesterday and today all my nails have popped off after one full week. I do not recommend this nail shop for acrylic. Highly disappointed!

The owner was very rude to me when I contacted her about being dissatisfied with my nails on 07/01/23. I typically do my own pedicures, but I decided to treat myself to what I thought was a luxury nail salon. I was dissatisfied and the nail technician seemed really anxious and nervous. I did inform her that I would post a review. Use this at your discretion, I'm never going back there myself. You have one time to show me who you are. Here's a quote from the owner, "My shop my policy." It didn't set well with my soul. This place doesn't deserve my money. Customer service matter!

I only came here because the nail shop I usually go to was closed… I figured I would give this place a try and boy I would NEVER come to this place again. My pedicure was rushed . They Can not cut or shape nails AT all….. the lady could barely hold the nail file right…. No wonder I don’t hear anyone talk about this place!!!! The paint was awful as well… NEVER AGAIN

This place is the worst, both me and my friend went here. Not even two weeks after they were crumbling apart, we went back to our normal salon were they had to completely take the nails off and start fresh.Service: Gel manicures

Avoid this place at ALL COSTS! Most horrible experience in a nail salon I have EVER had. They can’t even apply polish correctly and do a very sloppy job. The facility is dirty as well. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.Services: Gel manicures

I would rate a zero if i could. i went in to get acrylic and they popped them off and only soaked a few and was in the phone the whole time and took close to an hour to complete and my nails and surrounding skin are all torn up and over filed. Half of the acrylic is still on. Super mad with results and will not be going back.Service: Acrylic nails

This place is very unprofessional Do Not Go Here they are absolutely very rude. Especially the lady in the right when you first walk in. The can’t do nails nor toes the polish is outdated and dried out. It’s outrageously over priced if you want to relax this ain’t it.

My mom is an 81 year old who suffers with dementia and stroke. She shares and forgets quickly. It has been hard finding som3one to take the patience and care for her condition. I first went and the service was a dream. So I took my mom and they provided just what I was seeking for her as well.

Went to the salon on a Saturday at 2:00. They were able to get a straight in. Clipped my friend's nails a little crooked but other than that everything was perfect and well done

Annie and her staff do a great job. I started going there for mani pedi and waxing within last 6 mths and have had the best experience after having 3 bad experiences at 2 other locations. I treated my bridesmaids to mani/pedi at Luxe in August. Very satisfied.
