Curb side pickup order. Today at approximately 2:30 PM.Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese/no bun.What I received was just a patty with cheese and lettuce only. It had No onions, No pickle's and No ketchup and No mustard, that’s NOT how I placed my order. In addition too the incompetence of full filing this order, the person that prepared the food put the quarter pounder meat with the melted cheese and lettuce upside down on the black oval big breakfast container plate so the cheese was stuck to the plate.Large fries I ordered were not filled up all the way to the top, I essentially received an order of medium fries in a large size container.Wait time for my order was rather excessive too.There’s nothing convenient or fast about eating at fast food restaurants anymore. Let’s be honest about this, ordering at McDonald’s has become a crapshoot and all one can hope for is that maybe just maybe they’ll get the order correct the first time, but don’t hold your breath.Only positive on this purchase today was that the chicken nuggets were fresh.

I have been to this McDonald's several times.Usually about 2:30 in the afternoon. And without fail every single time I'm waiting in line I make my order and they send me to the third window to wait on something. Sometimes it's food sometimes it's my coffee. I have never made it through there without having to stop at the third window and wait longer. People are nice enough. But the service is really poor. I'm going to stop going to this particular McDonald's.

Ordered in app, phone was having service issues, went inside to get my food, manager was RUDE and I was told there was nothing she could about it. We proceeded to ARGUE and then asked me to show her the receipt that I attempted to show her and another staff member at the counter. Then proceeded to make my food even after I was told there was nothing to she could do, they made it wrong after she “read” receipt, so she proceeded to remake it. Would not give a refund of 9$ for me to reorder my food at counter. Were both passive aggressive and rude, so not tell people they can’t have or receive the things they pay for and have proof of until another staff member tells you what I already to tried to tell about my cell service.Thanks for the food and entertainment this morning. ?

I have never come across a restaurant manager who is so rude and incapable of executing a simple conversation. The order was placed via Door dash and the delivery driver was excellent in every aspect. The order arrived in two MxDonalds bags, with each bag having 3 McDonalds seals across the bag openings to ensure proof of no tamper upon delivery. No seals were broken or lifted from the bag surface. Upon the opening of the bags it was determined that the McDonalds had shorted two items from the order. A phone call was made to the McDonalds to explain that the order was short two items and wanted the error to be made right. The manager stated that Doordash would have to be called. Questions were asked as to why I would call a third party when McDonalds failed to place all purchased items in the bag. The bags were sealed by McDonalds with 3 McDonalds seals. The only words the manager was capable of speaking was call Door dash. The question was asked who olaced the items into the bag and who sealed the bags with McDonalds logo printed seal. The manager refused to answer any questions, no explanation, nothing but 'our policy is you call Door dash'. A request was made for the order to be made right but the manager refused to make the order correct, stating that I would have to re-order the missing items and pay for the missing items a second time. I requested the managers name and she refused to provide it, stating that she did not have to provide it. I requested that the manager contact her District Manager, to which she failed to acknowledge my request thus refusing to contact the District Manager. I have contacted Murphy Family Restaurants (owner of the franchise) in order to seek a resolution for the managers inept display and lack of ability to provide basic customer service. I had the bags in hand and pictures of the food upon arrival and discovery of the two missing food items (two additional 10 piece nuggets).
