This one of the few times I enjoyed automobile shopping. First Brandi set me up with Annette Torres as my sales person and had the vehicle I was interested in waiting beside the door. Before I left Brandi arrived at the dealership and made it a point to walk over and meet me in person and inquire how things were going. Annette was a delightful partner to work with, well prepared, knowledgeable and an awesome person to carry on a conversation with. I would highly recommend both of these ladies for your next automobile search.

Had a bad cylinder head on our Mercedes that was replaced here under warranty several months back. Noticed that the engine seemed louder than usual since the head was replaced and had an intermittent tapping/rattle noise coming from the engine. Also noticed that the auto start and stop no longer worked and thought maybe the two were related issues. Called and scheduled an appointment to make sure this wasn’t an issue with the head again and was told there was typically a diagnostic fee but he would try to waive the fee being that we already had a major issue with the vehicle prior. Dropped it off and less than 30 minutes later was told the sound was normal and the reason the auto start and stop was not working is because we needed a new battery. Was quoted over $700 for a battery and if I declined the new battery then I would have to pay the $270 diagnostic fee. Also had to pay another 3% for using a debit card and not having cash on hand. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
