Brought in a new unlocked phone I just bought. Was charged 25$ then told my phone is locked and I can't get a refund.
Literally just put the esim on myself. If Anyone in this process would have just said use an esim (the staff here, the metro support) I'd still have my $25

I went in to the store on the 27th of March to upgrade my phone. That part took over 2 hours to complete. The staff was friendly at this point. Then they kept making comments about needing to get one new item sale for the day a worked really hard with their words to coerced me into getting the internet. I was told it was 10 for the modem an then first month free. At this point I had already spent a good bit on money, But they kept pressuring and pressuring until I finally said OK. I had already been there over three hours and I just wanted to get out. Thursday morning I woke up I had a very important job interview over the phone that morning, and I never got call and I didn’t understand why and then my friend messaged me on Facebook messenger and said that she tried texting me but got a message saying that the service is turned off. So I look into it and they tried charging me the first month bill for the Internet which was supposed to be free according to what I was told the day before. Due to having that balance my phone service was suspended as well as my sons. I can’t call 611 because I have a balance on my account so it wouldn’t transfer me to an agent so I go up to the metro store and ask them to look into it I spend another 2 1/2 hours at the metro store while they’re trying to figure it out and get it taken care of claiming they can’t do it on their end from their computers and they have to call customer service and do it that way. so when I end up leaving there I still have that balance on my account I had to apply for three day extension so that my phone would start working again and I was told by the manager and the worker Mya told me it would be taken care of and I’d get credited that $56 that was due on my account Friday morning is still on there they’ve not taken care of Saturday comes balance is still on there my phone is turned off again so I go back up to metro is in there again she was very disrespectful rude not addressing my concerns too busy talking and texting on her cell phone instead of calling customer service to get it figured out. Another hour and a half in there an tried giving back the modem but they wouldn’t take it they said I own it do what I want with it but she got in touch with customer service and finally got the Internet service taken off my account and got the $56 charge taken off Then she told me that the manager of this location told her to ban me from the store. Absolute worst customer service at this location I will never be stepping foot in there ever again

My was not working . The young lady was so very helpful. In less than 5 minutes she had it fixed. She was awesome.

I normally never call anyone out but what happened to someone I know who went to this store was uncalled for. This person went to the store to ask for help and was rudely told no they would not help her. I have also been in this store and although this has never happened to me I have seem it happen to others. The female manger is extremely rude and it seems to only happen to white customers. The person I know is a type 1 diabetic. She has memory loss and sometimes need help with her phone. She was not only refused help the manager told her she was banded from the store. I worked in the cell phone industry for 30 years and sold T-mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and At&t and I never treated anyone like this. Now that she has been banded for no real reason I will take care of her phone for her and I will most likely move her to Verizon. In this day and age there is no place for racist. It's time for us all to work together not against each other.

Very poor attitude when helping customers. Sell generic accessories at name brand prices and no item numbers on receipt. No offer to even swap for one to fit. Not one sign saying no returns on accessories. Extremely disappointed in service
