My car got wrecked in a parking lot while I was at work, Statefarm had it towed to Joe Hudson in Dothan and they fixed all the suspension that was damaged but would not fix the rim because it was a “liability” the rim is warped and dangerous to drive on, also they said if something was wrong after taking vehicle home from pickup that I could bring it back, when I left I noticed that my window wasn’t working at all and it’s a coupe so it won’t even go up or down like it’s supposed to when opening the door, when I brought it back the mechanic didn’t even come out and talk to me he had another lady come out and tell me that the window was like that prior to the wreck, it wasn’t, and I’m not one to make a bad review but the service was horrible, my window was perfectly fine, my car came back in worse condition then it was in before it got wrecked and now I’m having to figure out how to get it all sorted out. The window was in fact from the wreck, it probably got blown off track due to the impact. They just make excuses for everything and would not make it right. For my mustang to just be sitting in a parking lot minding its own business and get destroyed and then Joe Hudson to not make it 100% right has lost my business. One thing I will say though, the paint turned out amazing, the painter did a great job. Other then that, the car is not in the condition it was in prior to the wreck. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Joe Hudson Collision is by far the best place to go to get your vehicle fixed if you are ever in an accident or fender bender. They are so professional and kind. They keep you informed at all times about your vehicle and what to expect. Their staff is great, you could not ask for better.
