RIC was so very thorough and polite during the entire 2 hours we were there establishing new service and new phones. He also answered all phone calls and welcomed each customer that came in ;asking them what service they needed as to also inform them of a longer wait because he was working alone in the store. Fabulous service in all aspects and commendable customer service personality. 10/10 of any experience in the past 25 years of owning a cell phone.”
“They replaced a battery that was still functional but had a low voltage reading a couple times. I didn't like the voltage dips on my new battery and although it tested okay, they replaced it with another like battery at my request. . I can't complain. They have a good product and did all they could to make me happy.”
