My wife and I recently purchased a new bed/mattress from Mr. Mattress in Dothan. From the moment that we entered the showroom, Tonya was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to our needs and explained the options and mattresses that most closely fit our needs. She was patient and did not rush or push us towards anything. I highly recommend Tonya Metcalf to help you with your bedding needs! She was awesome!

John Hampton was very informative, and really listened to us. He helped us find what we wanted and needed and we are very excited about our purchase. We had planned on shopping at several stores, Mr. Mattress was the first place we stopped, we got such great customer service and the pricing was great so we didnt want to go elsewhere. Mr John was awesome. He was very informative, and he listened to our needs. He was not pushy just trying to make a sale. We had planned on shopping around but ended up buying our mattress from Mr John. Highly recommend Mr Mattress and talk to Mr John.

John (@Mr. Mattress) was very nice and knowledgeable, but not pushy. I appreciate his patience answering all my questions! They delivered the NEXT day for free and the delivery guys were great also. I would recommend checking them out! Last night was my 1st night on my new mattress and it was great!

This is my 2nd purchase from Mr. Mattress within the year. They have an experienced and friendly sales team and prompt, free delivery. The delivery team was courteous and professional. They called a day ahead to confirm delivery time and arrived right on schedule. It’s nice to be on the receiving end of great customer service. Job well done Mr. Mattress!
