The gas pumps are soooo slow. Took 10 minutes to pump 10 gallons of gas. Just striped and went to another gas station. Awful traffic management.

Black lady with red dreads likes to talk on the phone and tell customers that their money isn’t good enough, if she doesn’t like her job she can find somewhere else to work. Very unprofessional

Morning cashier drives a blue car and parks at a pump as busy as it gets she shouldn't be blocking the pump, she always has the worst attitude and drinks are never stocked prices are good but definitely a headache going there

We drove through Dothan on Monday the 17th. It was very busy and I had to wait to get a pump. When we pulled up, it wouldn’t take my card. So I went in and stood in line. Cashier said that the card reader wasn’t working and I would have to prepay.
I prepaid and when I went out, the only options were unleaded PLUS and super unleaded. I was so frustrated. Had to pay 2.88 gallon instead of 2.48. Overpaid and took much longer than it should have.

Over the past several months, several people have called the corporate office to complain about the restroom being out of order. We were told every time that there was no work order put in and usually within hours, it was miraculously opened back up. At one point, they got pretty slick and would not put the out of order sign on and just lock it! An employee has been overheard saying they were going to lock it up because they are tired of cleaning it. The last call to corporate was made a couple weeks ago when I personally watched an employee unlock the bathroom door, go in and come back out and lock it back with the out of order sign still on the door. At that time the out of order sign had been on probably two weeks. As of yesterday, it is still on there, going on 3 weeks now! A lot of people who stop in to get gas or a snack are traveling or working, so it would be nice to be able to use the restroom if need be!

Showed up at 10pm the man inside saw me walking toward the building and ran and locked the door. The hours sign said it was open until 12:30am we asked why he was closing. He said I'm not im busy. With what? Noone was inside!!!!

This isn't a post about my experience, but i was in the store last friday and a old lady was in the store trying to get cigarettes and pay for gas and the cashier demetrious and cynthia was rude as hell to her and a older man people like this doesn't need to work in retail talking to people like that

Clerk and Manager were beyond RUDE. I've been coming here for 8 years NEVER been asked for my I'd for cigarette( I'm old), when I asked when this started, I was told it was always supposed to be this way. I said oh.Clerk then proceeded to scan my driver's license I said what was that for, tracking. ABSOLUTELY NOT!No explanation and when I want ok with it. Manager just kept telling the clerk she was fine and won't explanation to me why I wasn't told about this prior to it being done, she said I should have asked...I tried. Won't be BackPRIVACY VIOLATION
