Mr. Lee, and the whole team are amazing! I drive 45mins+ just to know I’m going to receive the best care possible! They are attentive, they listen, and if by chance they are not the most equipped person for your desired nail designs/request they will swap out amongst themselves just to make sure you’re getting EXACTLY what you ask for! Also military reg friendly for my service members! Knowledgeable in the length and shaping of service members nails.
Pricing is also reasonable, especially for the additional added care they give when doing each service.

This is the third time I have attempted to get my nails done here and today is my birthday so i was really set on getting them done… I thought they were just warming up to me so the tone was just a phase. On my first visit I got a fullset and pedi. While the lady was doing my toes I was offered a drink from a guy there(first table) and I thought it was nice, but I politely declined. After doing so, the lady(older) took upon herself to bring it back and kid you not there was something in the tip of the straw.. OMG.. It looked used… So to not look rude, I just drank from the can without the straw, because I really wanted her to do a good job because I was paying for the service… She started painting my nails and put so many coats on top… I already knew what was going to happen… It was going to bubble/peel after a hot bath/shower… and it did.. I wanted to use the translator to bridge the language barrier, so we could communicate, but she seemed angry with me and we never even met… When I got to the guy, he threw a joke out there about the price like he was trying to see if I could afford it and laughed and translated across the salon. After I paid $110 for the service, I came back for a second time and the same lady was on my toes and did the same thing and even messed up the color because the guy in yhe first chair’s wife(i dont know if she is, but she’s always hovering whenever he speaks) gave me the wrong color when i specifically said chrome bronze… I had to beg another to change it for me and she too pilled like 6 coats on my nails… And my total was $110 for a fill in and $35 pedi.. Probably had more to do with the chrome, gel, and one nail design… I dont know… This most recent visit however was very apparent even to the other customers… When i walked in, they did not greet me like before, which i tried to understand because they were busy, but one of the customer’s spouse started talking to me like they knew no one greeted me as if she wanted them to see they had a new customer, but no… It never happened and i waited and they all walked to the back and no one ever called on me for service and when I started saying something about it the lady(the wife i pressume) comes and sits in front of me and pours herself a drink and just sits there so i look at her and here he comes asking me if i wanted a cup of water.. I tell him they never asked me for service..(there was no sign in sheet) and they try to apologize after they heard me calling my ride and after i bit off all my nails… Then proceed to tell me they thought i was related to one of the customers like i hadnt been there before and gives me a 10% discount on my “next” visit… OMG.. GOD bless them for real and bless me too because I did not deserve that.

I went in for A pedicure as I was new to the area and they offer a $50 pedicure, which is supposed to give you a better massage stone rocks and so forth. As he’s doing the massage or the lotions that they say is in the deluxe each time he rubbed that lotion on each leg for one and a half to two minutes (and yes I looked at the time)three different lotions so that’s a total of six minutes per leg. An average pedicure is a 20 to 30 minute massage when you pay extra I was very disappointed. I will not be back. I guess my point is if I’m paying you a total of $65 for a pedicure for the extra I expect the extra and then when I said something they said oh he did massage. No, he did not and as I had asked her what’s the difference in the two she said oh the other is just a basic what is basic you just paint their toenails needless to say very irritated. It’s spending $65 on something. I could’ve just done at home.
