I didn't have the best first experience HOWEVER Marsha (Store Manager) took care of all my needs and Miss Courtney fulfilled my very complicated order beautifully! Miss Paula is new however she's willing to go above and beyond for customers. I recommend this location and these three ladies for all your office needs! I really wouldn't be able to work without them! Don't shop online, Shop here and support our local businesses. Thank you a million times. God bless you ladies!! 😇🙏🏾

I had one of the worst customer service experience's I've ever had here. I went in to look at office chairs that would be better for my back, and knew it was going to be costly. After trying a few out, I found the one I liked and went up front to ask about the sale price. The employee, a robust tall white woman, was incredibly rude. Like one of those moments you are literally shocked someone is that comfortable being that rude. She acted like I was an idiot, berated another employee while I standing there, and had a major attitude. The store wasn't that busy and it was a simple question. I'm sure whoever responds to this from Office Max will have some excuse for the employee but stay away from here if you can help it. I found my chair online for 150$ cheaper and didn't have to deal with anyone's bad attitude. Never going back there!

I will NEVER have printing done here again. I placed an order at 12pm for one sheet of 11x17. Because of the paper size I figured the self serve wasn’t an option. At 1pm I walk in and over to the print counter. There was a copy of my project balled up as if someone had been trying to print it and maybe there was an error. I stood there for 15 mins as the employee kept trying to print it. I finally told her to stop trying and brought my concern to , Marsha, a manager. I was first told my order was not up yet which is weird since a copy of it was balled up on the table then I was told it was a copier issue. Marsha never came over to help her employee. What a lack of leadership! I have requested a response. If I do get one I will update my review accordingly.

Pulled up to make copies for a production meeting while in town and place is locked up even though hours online says it’s been opened for nearly 30 minutes and window has 9 am holiday hours. Called, automated answering says they are open too…..onto finding a Staples.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had! Zero customer service the person just argued about a product I was literally staring at telling me it wasn't in stock. That is after the 45 min it took for someone to even help. Once I finally got another service member to just grab me the product instead of just looking on their phone. Took another 30 min to check out, then the girl was so rude and disrespectful I asked for a manager and she literally told me "good luck". At that point I just turned around walked out. I'm not spending my money with a company who doesn't understand what customer service is. I will never bring my business back not even sure how they are still in business. I never leave reviews but this needs to be seen.

No public restrooms anymore. Previously you could count on a clean restroom for your wife or children. I know times are changing but I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

The absolute worst customer service of my life. I drove 45mins to have something printed. I was rudely told to email what I needed to have printed to the email on the monitor. The monitors did not have an email. The employee raised his voice and said "do you not know what a monitor is?? These things!" After he realized the emails had been taken off he continued to be rude to me as well as other customers entering the store. I was then told they no longer offer print on demand services and I would have to place an order.
I drove 5mins down the road to Office Depot and they had the BEST customer service and printed what I needed within a minute. Don't waste your time with Office Max....go straight to Office Depot.

Beware the OfficeMax in Dothan Alabama on 3500 Ross Clark Circle is quoting prices and when you’re checking out if you do not check your receipt they are overcharging!
