First time going here and will be my last went in wasn't greeted the guy at desk was talking to a customer,then another man came to assist me,right in the middle of him assisting me he had a phone call from another customer.Well while I waited their patiently for about 10min the customer on the phone was still asking questions about different parts etc and the guys was looking it up one by one and completely forgot about me.I just grabbed my part and walked out as he was still on the phone.I ended up going down the street to advance auto and was greeted immediately and helped right away.I think if you already have a customer in front of you that you're assisting,tell the one who calls to be placed on hold while you finish up assisting the one in front of you.Bad customer service I experienced for it being my first time.

Only auto parts store in town that ever has anything useful. 90% of the time what AutoZone doesn't have O'Reilly's will have. Prices are a bit up there though.
